Very good value as on a motorcycle trip, big parking at the back, has an Asian restaurant. Very good value as only 50 pounds for the night on a Saturday middle of August. Recommended for bike trips or groups that want budget stay and good food and drinks.

Has a shared toilets, for few rooms. Each room had though sink and shower so no issue at all.

Very reasonably priced, private parking. The room was a decent size and included a fridge, tea and coffee and TV. I ate from the restaurant and was able to takeaway to my room which allowed me to carry on with some work. For the price I thought this was great, I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely comfy mattress 🥰 į remember just a few beds in hotels where it was so comfy and I am talking about 4-5 * hotels, had a really good rest 😋 Also very clean and cosy.

Definitely not much 🙂 just a shower in the room 5 needs fixing. And just a bit noisy when people are walking in he house but I don't think that anything can be done to fix it as it's just an old house 🙂

The location was ideal for us. John was very helpful we also met Jill, she gave us a lot of information. The room was warm clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. John made a wonderful full English breakfast, I highly recommend it. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, the Chinese food was delicious.

Never had breakfast. But was a pleasant stay. Good location for cadwell Park Circuit just a 20 minute drive.

I liked the fact that it was clean and we had a good night sleep. Although the accommodation was fully booked, it was quiet and we rested well after a day of walking and visiting and we recharged our batteries for the following day. They had a menu adapted to our dietary needs so overall it was a great place to spend the night. The personnel there was very friendly and helpful. The boys also loved it and they are extremely picky (kids nowadays would find fault everywhere :))

Great location for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds. I wasn't expecting much as the price was so cheap. I stayed during the week and booked a single room with shared bathroom but I was given a double with on suite. Nothing to dislike.

Didn’t have breakfast but other meals were excellent and the location Great for what I wanted 👍

Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly And when we got there we found out that our rooms are not together but on different floors when we spoke to the lady she said they've got a room empty on the same floor and offered it to us which we really appreciated, I would definitely recommend it

There was no hairdryer and an iron It would be helpful if they could provide it
