Breakfast was lovely

No fan provided in the room, especially considering the temperatures during my stay, this would have been useful!. Also felt like I was being rushed out of my room before the 11.00am departure check out time. I was even told on arrival that checkout was 10.00 am & that another couple were arriving early tomorrow. And the next morning I definitely felt like I was being hurried out, so that the landlord could get in & prepare it for her next reservation in my room as they had arrived early & wanted to get in the room. Overall I had a pleasant stay but I certainly didn't appreciate how I was trying to be ushered out early.

We were met with a cheery smile by Brenda, and shown to our rooms. The rooms were clean light and airey with a comfortable bed. we were asked what time we would prefer breakfast and were given a choice of what we required. The breakfast was plentiful and well cooked and served in a spacious breakfast room.

There were no negatives about this stay.

Arranged an arrival time which suited me - very much appreciated. Accommodating host who prepared a delicious breakfast to match my own timings - and did the same for other guests too. Exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely quiet location in perfect distance for visiting family. A lovely, spacious room with everything you could possibly need. I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to improve - this was a perfect stay for me.

The breakfast was lovely, on arrival Brenda asked what I would like for my cooked option; and I could keep this the same , or change as I wished during my stay; there was a selection of fresh fruit available, cereals and yoghurt. I stayed for four weeks in total; relocating from Shropshire, whilst I was waiting for my house move to go through. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. Wonderful friendly warm and welcoming hosts, great location, great value, comfortable rooms and beds (I tried 3 of the rooms during my stay!). Highly recommended.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Breakfast was really great - a huge selection offered. The location and parking was great. An easy walk to town. The room contained everything I could need. Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful.

Could,nt fault the property or hosts in any way ,shape, sense or form! Breakfast and choices exceeded al expectations.

there was no point in our four day stay could we have wished for more or needed anything altering.

Charming owner/host, comfortable room with television, kettle, tea/coffee making facility and private WC. Fabulous cooked breakfast. I certainly plan to return when next in the area.

Nothing, it was great.

Lovely setting and close to town. Great breakfast, great hosts. Lovely big room with tea, coffee, microwave, crockery and everything you might need. Plenty of parking.

I would have preferred a shower in the room, however it was only down one flight of stairs. Very clean and again everything you might need.

Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast offered and little noise heard from other guests. Tea/coffee well stocked. Extras like bottle opener very useful.

TV only seemed to get two channels and one was not a news channel.

We liked the easiness of coming and going...the friendliness of Brenda and husband...the comfort of the room...it suited us exactly what we were after We will definitely will book again when we visit Lincolnshire
