Walked in and was greeted by Connor who was helpful and friendly. Taken up to the room good explanation of the facilities. Room was clean and large. Beds were nicely made and folded towels on them. (very comfy too) great internet tv internet was good too. Nice touch with the quality shampoo and soap in the bathroom lovely hot powerful shower.

Difficult as good price for what you got but if I was going to be picky 1. Toilet seat was too small for the toilet worked fine but not the right fit 2. Techno music being played at 930 at night (although it lasted about an hour and I believe was turned off I had passed out by this point) Other than that very happy with visit and bar was good too

Friendly staff, clean room, nice outdoor area, good pub food (burger was homemade and exceptional). They don't serve breakfast. I went to the cafe inside Worksop library and the food and coffee were really good 👍, definitely recommended. In

Very minor but the hinges on my window were broken which meant it didn't close properly so it was a bit noisy at night (proximity to road and train line).

The pictures on the website didn't do the room justice. The room was large, clean and well presented! Good parking. Good location and the added bonus of delicious food served downstairs in the pub made it even better.

Unfortunately the staff didn't know the key code to get back into the property so if you left and the pub was open you couldn't get back in however I was assured this wasn't normally the case and a one off blib. It didn't affect us as we were not leaving and coming back after 11pm and we left at 9am so didn't need to return.

Excellent value for money. Massive room, flooded with light from massive windows with a couple of really comfy beds, a 40”+ tv and a great shower. We ate in the pub and had a lovely meal, which again was great value for money. Bar shut at 10:30 and so was an undisturbed night. The staff were so helpful. We could not get a taxi so they actually drove us, in their own car, to our party venue up the road. So kind of them and very much appreciated. thanks guys Would definitely recommend

That it was in an old style pub. Off street parking. Food was good. Rooms were a good size. The price was fantastic.

That there a lot of stairs to get to and from the room. People leaving at midnight we very loud outside our window. People were telling in the hallway at 1 am. The shower/bat could have been cleaner.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. coffee making facilities and microwave supplied. staff were really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. They allowed us to check in early so that we could get ready for a wedding we were attending in the local area.

The room was quite hot and the pillows were a bit flat.

The location was great right near canal and hill walks and scenic views from the hill nearby. Room was very nice and spacious,clean and comfy. Nice bathroom and towels etc. Tea and coffee. Very secure entrance. The room smelled really nice too. Staff very helpful and cheerful.

Not really a dislike but the toilet roll holder was broken so kept falling off but that's minor. Didn't really matter.

bedrooms very large and comfy, better quality than expected for the price which was very competitive.

We arrived after 6 pm on a sunday so no food was available ( perhaps understandable but disappointing) but were directed to somewhere where we could get something to eat. The bathroom was very nicely appointed but looked somewhat hurridly finished- untidy caulking around the bath and cracked toilet roll holder and a small strip of unpainted bare plaster by the bath and unpainted section of wall behind the toilet. This is all being a bit picky- it did not spoil our visit at all.

I hotel in Worksop often. This place has been the best so far by miles. My son and I were made very welcome. Room was very specious staff were friendly and the food was excellent and very well priced. Good quality all round. I will certainly be staying there again

Rooms where big and confortable, the Pub was great! good food and good beer in a very warm enviroment! Service was excellent and helped us with everything we asked for!

Only a little problem with and air conditioning machine just below the bed in room 2... it didn't stop during the night... it was a little noisy. Could be great if they could arrange it for more silent rest.
