The staff (Sheila) were very kind and helpful. The room was comfy and suited our needs. Location to shopping for anything we wanted was great. The pool area is very nice, pool clean and warm.

The shortage of towels was really the only issue we had. We were asked to only have one towel per person, we needed to turn one in to get another. This was a request from the owner, not the staff. There were some people kinda just hanging out around that didn't appear to be checked in as guests. The trash bins outside need to be emptied more often.

Staff friendly as always. Quick check in. Room was clean. Bed was roomy and comfortable.

I was given a different room than I originally booked because maybe people were still in the room even though they had been checked out. I don't believe that was it I think the inside slide lock got halfway jammed. By the way the door was acting. Anyway other room didn't have as much room as the king suite I stayed in my last visit. There was a holder for a hair dryer but no hair dryer.

The location is great. The staff is nice and they will work to get matters resolved. The room is very nice and cozy.

House keeping was slow at times. Sometimes I had to do it myself when it come to cleaning and supplies. There were occasional roaches here and there.

I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile when I asked for a lock for the window., My room was large, contained a microwave fridge, a huge tv, coffee, and the most comfortable king sized bed ever. The water pressure and hot water were plentiful. The room was cleaner than many other hotels I have visited.

My stay was cozy! Clean spacious home like room! Courteous staff members. Fresh linen daily. The location is in a convenient place surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom is really tight. Sometimes we had to make several request for room service.

Affordable pricing for extended stay would be awesome.

Staff was nice. Check in and check out no hassle. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Location is good on a raised plot of land with good view.

We stayed another night and requested just new towels and taking the trash out the following morning but room was not ready when we returned around 4 pm. However the front desk lady quickly brought us new towels.

The rooms are large and cozy. The staff made sure our rooms was clean with fresh towels, bathroom cleaning and fresh bed linen. Convenient location.

I need more affordable rates. I've been staying here a month now and it's financially challenging for me right now.

Could have been a little cleaner and it seems to be in the midst of some renovations, but these things wouldn't prevent me from staying here in the future.

I didn't like the construction in the parking lot with all the mud. The tight bathroom space with the door opening so close to the toilet and shower.
