Garden Inn and Suites Fresno

Beautiful trees, flowers, rose bushes and shrubs everywhere. The property is very neat and orderly, and quite a few of the rooms have small private spots to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. Room was scrupulously clean and neat. Reception was very cordial and check in and out was easy. Lovely breakfast with nice variety, including some delicious citrus from the property’s trees. Looking forward to staying again and trying the pool. Close to a number of restaurants and shops and close to freeway. Well located to get around in Fresno. We were so lucky to meet with the property owner who is a super-gardener and he was very generous with his knowledge and shared a ton of interesting information with us. He showed us his ‘backstage’ growing area with beautiful trees and interesting plants. Really lucked out by booking this property!

Really nothing; I would recommend asking for a room away from the traffic if a light sleeper. The property is close to the 99 and traffic noise might be an issue in a room facing that side.

We felt extremely welcome as soon as we checked in! The entire team at the Garden Inn and Suites are always ready to help their guests and try to fulfill the guests' wishes to their full satisfaction! As soon as you have checked in, you enter the Garden of Eden - simply heavenly! beautiful and very different fruit trees everywhere line the paths to the individual, very friendly and very clean accommodations! With comfortable big beds! clean bathrooms and pleasant entertainment! The warm and very clean pool invites you to swim longer! The fantastically beautiful garden with many friendly and attractive seating areas invites you to linger and relax! The internet is fully accessible in all places of this little paradise. The Garden Inn and Suites lets you forget the worries and hardships of everyday life for the time of your stay! Breakfast is delicious with waffles cakes yogurt and fruit from the garden coffee cocoa tea and juices! However, guests are also allowed to pick the ripe fruit in the garden for their own consumption! The Garden Inn and Suites is a very friendly and very quiet and safe place ! Who forgets that one deals in Indians. turbulent city of Fresno! We can highly recommend this small, very friendly paradise and will definitely enjoy this paradise again on the way back to our current second honeymoon as a happy and unforgettable conclusion - which we are already looking forward to!

Our room was quite large, very clean & the bed was very comfy. The frig was much larger than a typical mini frig with a good size freezer. Beautiful fruit trees with abundant fruits, lovely roses & even fragrant gardenias were what we saw on the grounds. The owner was very kind & welcoming, inviting us to pick any fruits. At breakfast, he asked if another guest wanted a waffle & proceeded to make it for him! Even being located just off a very busy street, with lots of choices for restaurants & shopping, the property itself was quiet & peaceful. Thank you & we will be back.

The landscaping, cleanliness and roominess. Staff was great too. There is a wide variety of fruit bearing trees all along the parking lot and walkways. Seasonal flowers as well. Its such a switch from the surrounding neighborhood, it's like a little hidden chunk of paradise. I think it was once an Apartment complex converted into a motel, so the rooms are very spacious. The staff was kind too. There is nothing really comparable for the price.

I was content with my stay, but the $200 deposit is a little steep.

Very good and comfortable accommodation in a quiet location. Around the accommodation there is a beautiful garden with fruit trees. The room and a small front garden provide complete privacy. The equipment is excellent with a kitchenette. Good breakfast. A short distance to shopping stores and the shopping center. Everything is perfectly taken care of by the manager Jatin, who helps to solve even the problems that arose on the way. A very nice and dedicated person. We thank him many times.

The surroundings are stunning!!! Evening front desk staff was a bit bothered with us, but the morning(day) was THE bestest guy ever!!!!! Room was nice with everything you’d want for a short stay; the option to sit at the seating area outside of our room was totally fabulous, sitting under the orange/grapefruit trees! breakfast were simple but sufficient and everything you’d want with option of having oranges and Grapefruits from outside, sooo cool! It is really close to the highway so very easy to get there.

It is quite close to the highway so it is a bit noisy; The room was a bit dark, but then it was because of all the gorgeous roses and trees outside so not really a problem.

Great choice to stay in if you're traveling through Fresno. Close to freeway off ramp. Motel is literally next door to the Forestiere Underground Gardens, which sadly was closed when we stayed. Free onsite parking. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Friendly and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast selection (much better than we've experienced at equivalent motels). You can tell that the owners take pride in assuring that their guests have a good stay.

very clean room and comfortable bed, feels more like your own bedroom than a hotel room as the property looks more like individual townhouses than a hotel building. very close to places we planned to visit and explore. the front desk manager was very charming and helpful in providing ideas on where to visit in the local area. and the property has its own orchard that grows several kinds of fruit bearing trees most of which end up in served at breakfast, these are fruits aside from the usual oranges, apples or bananas.

ac thermostat is still the spring and lever type of control. It needs to be upgraded to electronic device. Also, AC temp is fixed but weather at the time was cool so it did not matter to get the AC at a lower temp.

Extremely accommodating staff, who found us a room with a walk-in shower and very close to the main entrance, where we were able to park overnight. Good bed. The complex is very pretty, with plenty of shade trees and flowering plants along with places to sit outside in nice weather. Small but adequate space for breakfast and a water cooler for refilling our water bottles. Close to many ethnic restaurant choices plus an unusual underground garden right next door. Close to main highway and easy to find.

The room I was in was fantastic and the breakfast was top notch continental breakfast. The person I think was the owner even offered to make my waffle for me. Best part? The fruit was all from the trees on the property! Delicious little sausages and OJ

The TV channels were less than ideal. I think it was a digital antenna. The Wifi was great though, so it hardly mattered- I watched on my laptop. The outlets were worn out and need to be replaced, my cords dropped out of most of them. I don't have any other complaints, and those were just to fill out this box. It was a great stay.
