The lite breakfast was what I expected. The dining area was clean. I also liked the hours for breakfast. We were minus one bath towel & when I asked for another towel the staff took care of it right away.

During the breakfast, as one person was serving his self, the female staff came over and asked him very loudly if he was a guest at the hotel. He showed her his room card. She apologized to him and went back to the front desk. I think she looked at how he was dressed & made the decision to talk with him about his stay. She could have been more quiet when asking him.

I don’t like the old pastry but good you guys are doing coffee for people who like coffee but not me.

Room was clean, comfortable, reasonably spacious, and well soundproofed (important since it was next to the freeway).

The coffee maker was missing its brew basket, and therefore inoperable. Not a huge problem, since the breakfast area wasn't far away, but I like to have coffee in bed before doing anything else, (like getting dressed). The housekeepers should be aware of these details. The lock on our door was nearly inoperable; one key didn't work at all, and the other only occasionally. Hard to get in and out.

This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The staff is amazing. Never a bad stay. I have a mom who always finds something wrong. We actually were able to video her saying there wasn’t one thing she could find wrong. Both of my parents said this was the cleaner and nicer than one of the best hotels in Canada. I absolutely love Michele and the rest of the staff. They all do beyond an amazing job! Thank you to all of them.

I couldn’t pack up the bed and pillows and bring them home.

I was here for work & my vehicle broke down. The staff were very friendly & accommodating considering my circumstances. The heat works very well & my room was clean.

The breakfast is limited in that there’s too many sugary offerings & no proteins, but it’s pretty much the norm these days. The beds have a pad that makes them too soft for those of us who much prefer firm support.

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

I didn't partake of the breakfast. However, the location was bad because it is next to a freeway entrance and heavy traffic on the street outside of the hotel. I had to go five miles out of the way and return to the busy street outside of the hotel because of traffic and getting in the wrong lane thinking I was entering the hotel parking lot and ended up going onto the freeway onramp instead.

The roses were in full bloom and looking and smelling beautiful. Thank you.!!!

A homeless man coming in and eating the food that we have paid good money to stay there. and there was no one always sitting at the front desk to watch who came in and out.

I had a long drive, about 4 hours through terrible traffic. I was met by a smiling receptionist who acknowledged my tiredness. Without my asking, she upgraded my room from a queen to a king mini suite with couch, microwave, frig, and other nice amenities plus the location was on the non-street side, so quiet came with the room for my 2 night stay.

Due to Covid, breakfast had been reduced to a truly continental offering without hot food items. I understand from one of my fellow travelers, whom I met on-site and has stayed at the Inn many times, that the breakfast is typically very good. I look forward to the return to norm. Maybe 2022.

The room was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge and microwave.

No housekeeping service was provided on the 2nd day. We approached the staff to ask for clean towels etc. Not a big issue for us as we kept our room tidy. The staff was good and very helpful in providing extra towels that we requested.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. And the evening staff was exceptional and professional. We enjoyed a quiet night’s sleep.

The breakfast didn't have any eggs or protein, only yogurt, waffles or cereal. Additionally, the morning staff was inattentive and on his phone.
