Ramada by Wyndham Fresno Northwest

We booked the King Suite for exactly one reason: The jetted hot tub. We were worried because we couldn't find a single picture of the tub, but when we arrived, it absolutely blew us away. It was easily large enough to fit two comfortably, the jets were powerful, and the tiled room provided a very nice ambience. I doubt I'd be able to find a nicer tub at this price point almost anywhere in California. Also, the bed was very comfortable. And if you wake up in the middle of the night craving a milkshake, you don't even have to leave the parking lot to enter the McDonalds drivethrough next door!

A lot of the smaller touches of the room were surprisingly meh. Flooring that seemed just a little warped or improperly fitted, chipped corners, pealing veneer...nothing that really impacted the experience a ton, just lots of small things. I felt like if they gave a decent handyman a few hundred dollars and a couple days, he could easily turn it into an amazing room, not just a meh room for an amazing tub.

The bed was so tall, I had difficulty getting into it. (I'm 5'2") There was no way I could sit on the side of the bed with my feet on the floor. I didn't like that my charge card was charged $50. "just in case" there was a problem with pets or smoking. Now I have to wait to be credited back...ie be inconvenienced to check statement frequently until I verify the refund.

We were traveling from Sacramento to Phoenix when we were caught in a traffic accident backup. We decided to stay the night in Fresno because we were so tired & were lucky enough to find the Ramada Inn! It’s a very clean & well maintained older hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, wifi, coffee in the room, lastly, breakfast is closed due to Covid but a McDonalds next door. I would stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Fresno Northwest again.

Staff was great, fast check in, friendly. Comfortable even though the bed was too hard.

Rooms look outdated, but still comfortable

Room was nice, clean, and very quiet.

The morning clerk didn't offer breakfast or an alternative at 10:06 am. I was disappointed that the meal was witheld.

I’ve stayed here twice a year since 2010 great place to stay

They raise the prices only for the event I attend

No hassle entering the building

You can't pay for an additional night from the room you have to go down to the desk

The late night quiet was nice

The lotion, soap, and shampoo/conditioner dispensers are kinda low-classed.

The front guest, I believe his name is Luis, was really friendly and helpful.

Just the AC made so much noise

Love the girl in front she is so helpful and curious ☺. Room was perfect on floor 1 right by exit door. Quite loved it . Even did extended stay. Thank you!!
