We lived everything about our stay! The amenities on site and the restaurant. The staff is super nice and helpful. Location is great everything you need with in a few mins. The kids enjoyed everything also! Amazing cheesecake too!

The prices at the Resort are a little high but not to bad.

CLEAN!! I am super picky and while a little dated- everything was clean!! Location and staff were terrific. We had an issue that was absolutely no fault of the hotel and staff was super quick to help us resolve it.

We were in a two bed apartment and it was very large, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Plenty of activities to amuse the children and clean and pleasant pools and spas. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. We would return again. Jessica at the front desk deserves a special mention for her outstanding service. Thank you.

The property is very slightly dated in parts but this is reflected in the price we paid and we believe it's great value for money for a family holiday in Orlando.

I had a 2 bedroom it was really spacious for my family of 6. the staff was nice and welcoming , rooms were clean and the pool was cool .I look forward to booking again

the price is good and the room was very nice, especially the bathroom. everything was peaceful and clean, the grounds very pretty, the pool was great and they even have an activities room for the kids, which was amazing and very well organized. In addition, the staff was very friendly and everything was well organized The decor a little out of date, still the room was pleasant and everything functioning and in order. Enjoyed our stay very much! The food store had quite a few options too and also made some food to order

the only problem was the large size of the sofa bed in the regular/small family room. When open it fills almost all the space in the entrance to the room, which makes it quite crowded. We were able to fold it back during the day, though. Our cousins got a very large suite, which was very reasonably priced and really brilliant - equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and 2 bedrooms, and not expensive at all. As a family, we enjoyed staying in very close rooms (which the hotel staff obliged us on request) so we could all enjoy being together in the larger room.

Great location, comfortable bed and lovely pool. was pleasantly surprised to find that our sheets and towels were replaced twice a week.

the kitchen/living area of the one bedroom apartment is small and dark- if you do actually use the kitchen to cook in, there is very little work surface which makes everything a bit cramped. kitchen units are a bit dark and dated so lighter, brighter units would help.

location, amenities.

guests were allowed to smoke in walk ways and we had to walk past them to leave or go to pool. they should have to smoke across the street and not near walk ways. not cool with small children.

Hotel was great, The rooms (apartment) were nice, big and clean, the beds were very comfortable, my wife wants one at home and she also loved the pillows. Location was great 10 to 15 minutes drive from disney world. But nice and peaceful when on the grounds. The pools where great as were the mini golf and basketball court. Hotel also ran activities during the day, which looked great but we personally didnt avail of as we were out and about. food was also nice from the shop. Would have no problem staying here again if we ever make it back to Orlando.

Have zero compliants about anything at this hotel.
