Convenient and clean

The tiles on floor was broken. The hot tub did not work. The water didn't stay hot for more than 5 mins. And the room smelt bit musty. I think they put us in rooms that were older since we used booking.com. it wasn't bad it just wasn't the great experience we had previously.

Resort was very beautiful. We booked one executive bedroom suite and it was perfect. Kitchen had everything that one requires. Also, there were many on site amenities, different activities as well. There were 4 swimming pools nearby to every block. Definitely recommended if you are visiting Orlando. Also, just minutes walk to gas station, convenience stores, Walgreens, and many restaurants.

The hotel was good, very clean.

The AC is centrally controlled and the room was very hot even though was cold outside. At 79 F it was bad

There were a couple medium-size heated pools and at least one hot tub/'spa'; all were clean. The best thing about this place included: suites that really included most kitchen utensils you could need, shuttle service, friendly staff, a relaxing atmosphere.

There wasn't much we didn't like! The handle on the bathroom door was broken, and the big pool isn't quite as large as it appears here in the photo, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Location, convenient to the parks. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The executive room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very quick to address a problem we had. We will definitely stay here again

Upon entering our room, there was a powerful and unpleasant odor. It smelled of cigarette smoke and moldy. But the staff was very quick to show me 3 other rooms to change to. Thank you

The resort is very good for the cost. We had two bedrooms and two bathroom, which provided us a lot of flexibility. The WiFI is decent(enough for Youtube videos at 1080p) and the rooms are well lit. The kitchen in our suite is exceptionally well equipped with oven, stove, micro wave, dish washer, pans, etc. The fridge is rather spacious. Disney and Universal shuttles are also a bonus, even though they are not the most convenient due to their schedule.

The walk from main gate / check in to the room was long, the beds are not the most comfortable, the door cards can be difficult at times(take multiple tries to unlock).

Centrally located to Universal, SeaWorld and Disney parks. Perfect base, comfortable, great facilities.

I don’t like negatives but I do have to say that the unit we stayed in the carpets were very tired looking however that didn’t affect our stay 😊

We booked the 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to try most of the services from the resort, like the pools or the mini-golf. Location is good, there are a few options nearby for eating out and buying supplies, and there is also an outlet at walking distance (40 mins). They offer free shuttles to Disney, Universal and Seaworld which is awesome if you don't have a car or if you want to save the parking cost of the parks.

We had to remove a cockroach and a small lizard from one of the bathrooms, we couldn't find where they were coming from. Check-out is early (10 am) and since check-in is at 4 pm, we were hoping we could stay until midday before leaving for the airport but they are not flexible with this, they would charge us 50 dollars to stay 2 extra hours.
