breakfast, the pool , and unfortunately i forgot the name of the staff that check us in but he was very helpful.

i was very surprised that we had to pay for the parking, knowing that a lot of hotels in orlando are free. also, no microwave

This was my fourth stay at this hotel and i'm always satisfied. The hotel decor is a little tired but the amenities eg gym & pool are lovely. The staff are very helpful, friendly & professional in all departments especially the front desk, night staff and the coffee shop. It's my go to place in Orlando

Without doubt the quality of the WIFI is poor and needs to be looked at, it times out very quickly and changes in different hotel areas. While the food is good the menu is very limited.

I was celebrating my 66th birthday. All I wanted to do was relax with my family and hang around the pool for the weekend. We checked in late on Friday. We had an issue with our room. Since it was late and we were tired, we just went to bed and called about it in the morning. We talked to Isabella and she apologized for the inconvenience. Not only did she switch our room, she upgraded it. When she found out about our plans for my birthday, she gave us a cabana and breakfast. At breakfast, the staff sang happy birthday, which was a wonderful surprise, thank you Grace. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

After my issue was taken care of, I really didn't have any complaints.

The hotel has an excellent location if you are going to any of the Disney Parks or Disney Springs, basically anywhere in the Disney World Resort. You are just a few minutes away from everything without having to pay for the price of staying at a WDW Resort Hotel or the ones that are in the area. The room is super spacious. If you are only going to use the room to sleep this is THE place! There are several fast food places walking distance, a pharmacy, a gas station. Everything you need.

You can tell the hotel is run down, but I believe this is the reason for the price. The carpets were prety dirty and the AC was either freezing or super hot/humid. The staff is not the most proactive/helpful, but again you get what you are paying for and it is perfect if all you want is a cofortable bed to sleep in. Dont expect Luxury.

I picked this hotel for the pool and it didn't disappoint. You had two large pool. One shallow for volleyball and basketball, toys provided. The other was nice and deep. I've been staying at Hiltons and the pools are so shallow 41/2 feet. Horrible. This pool was great. I enjoyed watching the young people on the water slide and they didn't even get near enough to splash me. Huge pool! Handicapped bathroom was perfect. Location of my room (near parking and pool entrance) was perfect, too!

Maid service was poor. As we came back to the room around 3PM we saw the maid had already passed our room. I asked her if she had finished our room and brought towels. She said, "Yes." but didn't understand English. As we got into the room and saw she hadn't done our room, I went up to her cart and asked for towels. She gave them to me. A few minutes later, she was at our door asking if she could do the room! We just had her pick up the used towels and empty the garbage. Oh, you could leave a TV channel guide and WIFI instructions.

Breakfast was quite good with a mixed variety of items. The coffee was just ok, but the orange juice suprised me as it had a more really natural taste. I regret the scrambled eggs don't taste as fresh made but of premixed containers. In general a good variety and definitely much better than other hotels in this price range.

The entrance to parking on the right side of Front Desk is AWFUL since you have to pass next to the garbage area and this is very unappealing and there is poor night lighting on that side. I feel the buildings need a fresh coat of paint to make everything pop more. Also the elevator area on the bottom floor felt and looked dirty, I would recommend the doors to work access be covered completely so as a guest you can't see through because it makes the place look less nice.

Front desk staff were great and facilities were beautiful, clean and as pictured! The girl in the side shop gave me lip about a water refill as I had a Starbucks cup from next door. "You got that next door. We don't do that". I pay good money for a hotel room and she had to begrudgingly give me a glass of tap water with attitude. I'm asking for a glass of tap water and providing a cup; not a coffee refill or free bottled water. That actually really irritated me. Altogether great stay. It's unfortunate that a petty attitude of 1 worker can have a negative impact on such a wonderful establishment.

I paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast due to COVID. They did adjust the price for me and that was great. Also, I was expecting a Disney shuttle but they no longer run those either. So we paid for parking at hotel and also Disney park parking. It would have been nice for the bar to be open, too. Other than that everything was great. The location was excellent.

DISNEY TRANSPORTATION

Loved the pool and hot tub areas!! As well as the poolside bar and heated pool 😍 The fire pit was a great place to relax and warm up at night!! In the room the light up make up mirror was amazing!

I was upset with the lack of the continental breakfast. Also the balcony was sooo small! :( and the elevator made very unsafe noises and took forever! The stairs killed us all!

27 palm was a great addition to each day at the pool. Guillermo showed phenomenal hospitality and consideration for each person he served and was sure to take the best care of even ensuring shade for my friends elderly dad. He was a pleasure to see and interact with each day.

Upon check in, seemed disorganized. Our booked room was not available and we had to switch rooms the following day. Wifi access while available was weak, and in order to improve it “better” wifi was only available at an additional cost.
