Just back from 17 nights in Orlando. I stayed in the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista for 15 nights. This is a brilliant hotel for Disney. in terms of location and comfort it’s perfect. It’s literally a 10 min drive from the disneyworld gates. They provide two shuttles in the morning - 1 to Hollywood studios and 1 to Epcot and then 2 in the evening from Epcot and Disney springs. There’s one in the afternoon too but it’s not a good time for us. the shuttle in the morning can take a bit of time as there’s 3-4 collections but the hotel is the first stop in the evening which means you could be home quicker than it staying on Disney property. In the past I’ve stayed on Disney property and I would definitely stay in the Rosen inn LBV again. There’s also a public bus that goes by the the hotel. You can take the 350 to Disney springs and the 300 from there are to the TTC or transfer to a Disney resort bus. We also took the public bus from the airport. Took the 111 to the bus station and then the 350 took about 1.5 hours. There’s restaurants and shops within walking distance. There’s a Walgreens about a 10 minute walk.

A lot of dust in the room so it could have been cleaned. We found toys from a previous child under the bed. Property is undergoing renovation but it’s perfect. More soap and shampoo could have been provided - maybe daily or every second day.

Everyone working here are extremely nice and friendly. I arrived at 9am from an early flight and was able to check in at that time with no extra charge, and was given a noon check out time because of my flight leaving later. The beds and pillows are amazing it's a clean property but the restaurants and gift shop are very pricey on their food. The location is great so close to Disney and Sea World parks. I didn't like that there were 3 large busses of boys and girls that arrived and we're running down in front of the rooms and taking over the pool from the smaller kids and security wasn't doing anything about it or that 3 rooms of guests were setting with their doors open and all drinking and smoking week right by the pool area Over all I was happy with my visit and would return again

My room was very nice! The furniture and pictures on the wall had a tropical island feel! Extremely comfortable bed and pillows! The air conditioning was cool! There was a microwave and refrigerator! The shower had great water pressure! The outside grounds surrounding the hotel had beautiful palm trees, lush plants and pretty ponds with a fountain in the middle! The staff were very kind and helpful! There are many nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel! They have a direct shuttle to most of the major theme parks! This hotel is a wonderful value, with no resort fee! I would stay here again! Thanks! 😉

I was very impressed with the Rosen Inn. For the price, I expected a simpler hotel. I had a little dog with me, and although I was at the edge of the property, there was grass for the dogs. We were on the ground floor, so it was very easy. I really appreciated that the inn did not charge a lot for a daily rate for dogs. The room was super clean and decorated very nicely. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and two of the staff even stopped by to check to make sure everything was OK. The weather was not good so I didn't get to use the pool but it looked very nice and so did the splash pad. There is a shop in the main building for snacks and drinks and Disney attire. There's also a restaurant and a bar. There is even a guard at the front gate. It is only 2 1/2 miles to Disney Springs so the location is wonderful. If you're looking for a fancy hotel, this is not for you, but the value for the money, the close proximity to Disney and the rooms including comfortable beds can't be beat. This will be my end of choice whenever I am in Orlando..

If you're staying at the back of the property, it is quite a walk to the main building. But driving there is easy.

I loved that the room was handicap accessible and that I felt safe showering thanks to the shower chair that was provided. I did not eat breakfast there as I had to go to work and each morning it was hard to get a parking spot close to the building. I recently had surgery, so it's hard for me to walk very far. The staff was very accommodating, but it would be nice to get food delivery to the room. Obviously, this would be on an as needed basis and not just because. The reasoning would need to be there, but it would be a great addition to your services. Or maybe place those who need an accessible room in the main building with easier access to the dining and gift shop. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Room 1135 was noisest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Trim on bottom of doors at least 1/2 inch gap of course noise. People's voices will travel. Phone line totally dead. Very dangerous in case of emergency. Bugs caterpillars entered thru opening of door. Web site said COT free 4 yr old and under. I asked for cot was goingbto be 18 US a night. No way. Outrageous especially when advertised FREE. hard to have a 4 yr old sleep in bed that could not be pushed against a wall. Our child ONLY fell out of bed once. Awful.

love the location, the rooms are always clean and comfortable ( have stayed multiple times), staff is always kind.

the only two things I would change are the back door out of the lobby ( past the arcade) I would make that a handicap accessible door ( it’s quite difficult to open on your own from a wheelchair/scooter) . there is a sign that says ask for assistance but there was never anyone who just happened to be there. and two would be to allow ubereats / grubhub/ DoorDash drivers to bring food to the rooms if requested. as a disabled person who travels by themselves all the time it would be safer and much more convenient than to have to get my scooter backed out of my room and then drive it back in while holding food and drinks. those are the only two things but they would make a huge difference :)

The hotel has a lot of amenities for both adults and kids. They have an outside terrace with couches, tables and music playing for a relaxing environment. We couldn't enjoy the pool but it looked very inviting. Their breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food. They also have a game room for kids and adults to play. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Just a couple of recommendations. The first one is for housekeeping to be more considerate of their guests. The checkout time is 11am but they are knocking and yelling checkout since 9:00am. I think a later reminder should be advised. Second, the beds are pretty small for 2 people and the rooms smell kind of moisty.
