Cypress Pointe Resort

The staff was really friendly, they helped where they could. Our room was really clean, there was a bathtub in the middle of the room which was a bit weird but it was fine, it was just my husband and I 🙂 the bed was comfortable, the pillows too. We didn't have time to try the swimming pools , but they looked nice and clean. They have two washing machine and dryers that we could use, it really helped us out. There is a little store /deli in the main building where you can buy coffee, sandwiches and must have stuff, we only got coffee but it was a really nice thing to have. We stayed here during hurricane Ian, we originally wanted to leave one the day when the hurricane hit (not to go home, but to continue our trip elsewhere) so we extended our stay here. There was a movie showing with free popcorn and drinks (I don't know if it was because of the hurricane or they have it regularly anyway) I would definitely stay here again.

There were two things I didn't like: The first one was that our room didn't have a thermostat, it was in the room next to us, and those wo had that room set it to a really low temperature... We had to heat the room with the air conditioning unit which worked after all (after I got sick on the first day from the cold.) The second was that they said that they have free Disney shuttles for the guests. They were way too late, way after the park opening times, so we never used them, we paid for Uber every day. If you want to be in the parks when they open, these free shuttles are not for you.

food by pool was rubbish and couldn’t make drinks several time due to no ice (even though there’s a machine by the pool?) could have better food and drink facilities daily resort fee (pretty sure this isn’t mentioned on booking.com)

Loved the easy check in done within 5 mins room was great and the heated pool was amazing kids loved and approved 😀 👌 🙌

No elevators omg when we realized that we 😱😱 I have a leg brace and man was that painful and we had the luck of being all the way on top floor 😮‍💨

I knew I booked a studio but was very disappointed to find the bath stuck right in the middle of room which I think is a hazard if you get up in the night.

Great location! Very clean and plenty of space! 2nd time staying at Cypress Pointe and definitely will be back!

The food that is in the little store located by the pool is way way overpriced! I understand paying for convenience but $14.00 for 5 chicken wings is definitely price gouging!

Huge rooms, clean, well equipped, good location for Disney, staff very helpful and friendly.

This property is wonderful. It’s very close to Disney, maybe 5 minutes from Disney Springs, and they have a number of things to occupy the kids when you are not in the theme parks. We played the included mini golf course, bocce ball,(both of those are located at the property across the street but you have access to them) and then we spent time in their pool. They had several activities available. Our kids enjoyed playing poolside bingo and taking part in the Ice Cream Social.

Each Condo can be either 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom condo. If you get just the 2 bedroom, then the attached 1 bedroom can be rented out to someone else. There is a double locking door on both sides so there is no safety concern but there could be an issue if you had noisy neighbors because they are basically attached to each other. It’s. it something that keeps us from staying here, just wanted people to be aware. We still love the property. They are also currently renovating the property, so I’m sure it will be even better soon.

Children loved the pool and the location was fantastic. The two room suite was perfect for our family of five. The room was extremely clean. They were quick to bring linens and towels that we requested.

I didn’t like the lack of an elevator (had an unplanned broken foot before our trip) and we were on the third floor. The phone was not working, and they never sent anyone to repair. I wish the pool was open past 11:00pm.
