Legacy Vacation Resorts - Lake Buena Vista

The room was spacious and very clean. We really loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed. Parking and check in were easy. The property is right across the street from a bunch of restaurants and bars. We really recommend eating at Susuru!

The facilities and furniture are unfortunately pretty beat up. You can tell it was nice at one point, but there has been a lot of wear and tear. The area is also a bit difficult to drive around since Disney World is next door.

We had a three bedroom 2 bath unit for 3 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. The location to the downtown Disney restaurants and stores was within a mile. Great service!

The sofa in the livingroom area was a fake leather. It was shedding tiny dark pieces of the fabric/covering so we had to cover it with a shett to keep our clothes free from the debris. Other than this, the unit was clean and comfortable.

This was a really nice place to stay. The staff was totally awesome. When we got there the the room we got was very nice but the bathrooms were so my mom who has mobility issues couldn't use them. So they ended up giving us the only room they had with a walk in shower.. The girl at the front desk said it was used for the owner when they were in town. The front desk was great and they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place. They are currently renovating one part that should be finishes this summer. When finished they will all have walk-in showers.

The staff we meet were great, friendly and responsive to requests for things we needed. Kids had fun in the pool. We were in a two bedroom suite w/kitchen. It was a great size for our family and we appreciated the convivence of the dishwasher and in room washer and dryer. The room was very large with plenty of room to spread out and 4 tvs meant the kids were all able to watch things they wanted.

There was noting to really stand out that we didn't like. One of our teens had a bit of arm rash possibly from laundry detergent??? Were not sure.. There is a remodel refresh in progress which I am sure will make the place even better. We were informed that we could go to sister site and enjoy there expanded amenities but traffic was a deterrent. Once these arrive here I would certainly look at staying again

There were three “bedrooms”. Two of the rooms had beds, the third had a pullout sofa bed. The room with the pullout sofa bed had a mini fridge, sink and cabinets. So, overall everyone had a comfortable stay. All rooms had televisions. The living room had floor to ceiling windows (curtains for privacy). There were two bathrooms. Both bathrooms were deep, jetted tubs. The jets are extremely loud. We only used them a few times. Water pressure was fine, but it didn’t get as hot as I prefer. Still a relaxing bath and shower. We bought our own cleaning products, but the rooms were clean. One dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, and dish washing liquid were provided. There were three sets of towels per bathroom, but again our party washed every night. Set includes 1 face towel, 1 hand towel, 1 drying towel. There was also a stackable washer and dryer. The drum was small, but we were still able to comfortably wash our clothes at the end of each day. We bought our own laundry detergent from the Walmart 11 minutes away. A straight shot from Legacy’s lobby. Warning! The Walmarts close to our hotel were extremely crowded and bordered on chaos, but still allowed us to stock our fridge and by necessities at usual, comfortable prices. The pool and hot tub had a few leaves in them but the temperatures were comfortable for all in my party ( ages 66-2.5). We will be staying here the next time we come to Orlando. We were walking distance from Olive Garden, a Black Angus steakhouse, and multiple gift shops.

It’s about 15 minutes to the Disney parks from the Lake Buena Vista location we stayed in. That isn’t a bad time, but it takes multiple entrance and exits to get there which was a bit chaotic since we aren’t as familiar with the city layout.

I would like to note the excellent location of the apartments. The apartments are very comfortable and practical. There is everything necessary for a stay with the whole family. There were 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 children. We were comfortably accommodated and that was what we needed.

But, I would really ask you to pay attention to the cleaning, since leaving a bathtub with water and hair from previous clients is unacceptable. This, of course, left a big negative imprint and worries. I had to clean the bath myself, since it was already very late and we did not contact the reception. Although, we tried to call there using the telephone that was in the kitchen and bedroom, but they did not work. This is also a question - why are they standing there then?

We rented both sides of unit 814-A&B and it was exactly what we needed. 7 of us,5 adults and 2 kids,had more than enough room. 2 full baths,2 living rooms,1 king size bed,2 queen size beds and 2 pullout sofa beds. The fully functioning kitchen with dishes and silverware,coffee maker,dishwasher,toaster,microwave was awesome to have! With a dining area with table and chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. A lot of room. Great value and excellent location. We couldn’t check in til 4pm,but other than that it was a great stay. we will definitely rebook at The Legacy.

Nothing. everything was just awesome! Check in time could be moved up to around 1-2pm. But that isn’t a deal breaker for my family. We will just adjust our travel times next trip.

We arrived a few minutes just before 9:00pm and I was scared we wouldn’t arrive in time but front desk was still open and treated us very cordial. The property was very neat and tidy. Very calm place just around 5 minutes away from the Disney parks. A lot of places nearby to dine though if the budget is minimum you can cook meals, they had a beautiful Kitchen with all the appliances neeed. just run to the supermarket and get to cooking ! Washer and dryer were also convenient. The amenities were nice though we didn’t get to enjoy them due to being out and about. Would recommend 100% .

A very nice room in a great location. Any problems that we had were resloved quickly and anytime we needed towels or bedding they were quick to respond.

They need to update the bathrooms. The dishwasher seal came off and the icemaker didn't work upon arrival but were fixed as soon as they were notified. The whirlpool\showers are not very senior friendly. They have started to update the resort but where we stayed had not been updated yet.
