AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza

Great facility, comfortable bed and nice TV. I appreciated the clean design and fireplace in the lobby, and the pool looked nice though i didn't use it. The room was well appointed with coffee maker and ironing board though a Kreuig would have been nicer. I especially appreciated the quiet halls and convenient parking.

The ironing board bracket was about to fall out. The entry lights were out, though maintenance did fix them. No one mentioned the huge 10K race locking us in when we checked in. That's poor form...

The staff was awesome. The rooms were nice. The location was awesome.at breakfast, the attendant was so nice and even went and made our son scrambled eggs, just because. The next day we went to eat breakfast elsewhere and my son said, "these aren't as good as that man's eggs". Very nice. Also enjoyed the European snacks and ice cream you could purchase.

We were asked if we had a parking pass and we told them, no ..we were fine parking in the parking lot to Phipps Plaza. He said, "I'll give you a pass anyway". Not until checkout did we realize those passes were $20/day. Booking doesn't mention $100 incidental charges upon booking. Also, Booking makes it appear as if breakfast is included. It is not. $15 per person

location, design, overall feel was great

There was a 3 year old that was being watched by a very young 12 or 13 year old in the bar area and no adult present for a very long time. Kid kept crying and running behind the bar. The bartender was great and kept apologizing for the disturbance. I can't imagine where the parent was but there also seemed to be a constant flow of random scantily clad women walking through the lobby to the elevator. Seemed very odd.

The hotel staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficent. My room was clean and neat which I appreciated. The location is great! It is near the shopping malls of Lenox and Phipps and a few shopping centers that have grocery stores and etc. Nice restaurants too! Everything is walking distance and the Buckhead Marta station is less than a 10 minute walk. I would book this hotel again.

It is a bit tricky to get to. I had some issues with Lyfts and Ubers picking me up.

Beds were comfortable, room was a good size, shower was excellent, lots of clean towels, mini fridge useful, reception and bar area is great!

The need to ask for housekeeping- housekeeping should happen automatically as some of us forget to ask for it until the afternoon and it was too late at that point. A kettle in the room would be very helpful.

The room was very spacious, with a lovely bathroom! The shower was amazing and the location is great. We could walk to the mall, and were within driving distance of all the attractions we wanted to be able to check out.

There needs to be a microwave in the rooms. I have a 9-year old that was upset we couldn't make him something quick and easy in our room. Also made our stay slightly more expensive being that we cant reheat food or simply bring our own.

The location was ideal for our business in the area. Lots of restaurant options with an excellent restaurant a few steps outside the hotel. Staff was pleasant and the room comfortable.

Thin walls so you could hear noise from the adjacent rooms. The “European Style Breakfast” was blah. Heavy on carbs, which I need to minimize because I am diabetic. The quiche and deli meats I did eat were unappetizing.

The room was very spacious and neat, clean and modern. The bathroom was clean, modern and well lit, and very big. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located near a few shopping malls a fair distance away from the centre of Atlanta. There was a gym and small heated pool for guests to use.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the restrooms. wish the bar served food so I could drink and eat. nothing major
