Residence Inn Atlanta Buckhead/Lenox Park

The location and value are both excellent. The free wifi was strong (no need to pay for the premium connection). The room was large and comfortable, and equipped with kitchen essentials and very nice fridge, dishwasher, etc.

The room looked old and tired. Some things needed to be updated or replaced (the bed skirt corner was torn and hanging off of the bed, the shower shelves were cracked and peeling paint). Parking in the overnight lot cost $18 per night.

We had a power outage and needed to find a hotel that was close and had consistent power and WIFI. This hotel's room was very comfortable. The desk area for working was very large and very nice for using as a office. I used video conferencing and teleconferencing using my laptop and it worked extremely well.

Due to COVID, the hotel layout was a little confusing to navigate. I didn't understand how to get to my room using the elevators and took me a few minutes to figure it out. I think having signs on the property to make it clear would be very helpful.

Residence inn are usually perfect for my husband and I traveling on the weekend. Breakfast was amazing we were able to get the breakfast and go back to our room. These rooms are like mini apartments. The layout is a little weird and a little outdated but OK and a good value

Hotel is a little outdated furniture, elevator, hallways all of it could be upgraded to be a little nicer. The staff was all right. The night shift was a little rude upon check-in.

Front desk clerk was very helpful. Made sure we got our 2 second room. Also, found us a room key when they were out.

Could have been cleaner. Snack-bar type food could have had more variety. Parking was awkward.

The room was perfect and exactly how i wanted.

The lady( forgot her name) at the front desk needs to learn proper work etiquette and treat people the same. Especially when it comes to her own kind. I am African American and so was she. When she spoke to me she spoke like we were in the hood out on the street and I was annoying her but a white guy came in and u woulda thought she had some type of education or college classes they way she spoke to him. I myself speak very educated, and not in slang. Especially when conducting business. So for her to treat someone of another race different than someone thats the same as her has me questioning If she rather have the lighter skin than what god gave her. TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. Thats the whole point of this review.

Room size. Comfortable bed.

Pool was closed. Our toilet was clogged and I reported it to front desk at 8 am. When we returned at 8pm toilet had not been fixed. We had to use toilet in lobby.

Good location, it was clean, the breakfast and the service was good.

They charge you almost $20 usd for parking day, no mentioned in the time of my reservation.

The price with the parking fee then gave me one price at check out, and then the bill was higher when I looked at my credit card.

Staff was nice

I had to beg for towels and they were never brought up to my room like promised. I had to walk back downstairs and wait in line to actually get them when I came to the front desk at 1st and none were available
