I like the decorations and the rooms are nice but don't have people over unless you don't mind them being able to see you pee.lol... It smells so nice and clean. It was a nice stay everyone is so sweet.

I didn't like the water being cold at night. I would come in to take a shower and it's cold until you call front desk. And I paid 5 dollars for a can soda. Then someone told me it was free. They should have a area for smokers. If your gonna have smoke free rooms then you need a smokers area. They said I would have a mini bar but I didn't. Other than that it was a great stay. Nice for couples and friends or business.

Microwaves should be in the rooms because I paid 250 for 1 night stay and I couldn't warm up my food. I had to go downstairs to a little dingy corner in front of other guest to warm my food up.

I liked the hotel itself it was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The food from the restaurant was a little pricey for what we ordered but it was good.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have a microwave except for downstairs and the hotel didn't have a little shopping place to purchase any items of any sort. I also wasn't very fond of the customer service I received from the bartender slash waitress. The lady was very rude and not very welcoming and she had a bad attitude when it came to her overall performance.

The room was excellent! Very nice pool area. Lovely hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the roof top bar was charging ppl $300 for a bottle in order to get inside the bar. I didn't like that even tho my room was prepaid, several charges were still attempted on my card. This caused us to not be able to do our activities we planned for Saturday for my fiance's birthday! We were not happy about it at all. All other hotels we've stayed in charged the total price a day prior and no more charges are made! Even now my card is overdrawn! The front desk clerk said 3-5 days for it to be back on my card. But sure didn't take that long to take it off! I have business to conduct when I get home and I can't because of this!

I came here for a staycation for my birthday and the staff and everyone was so amazing. You will definitely fall in love with this decor and I hate I forgot my bathing suit for the pool. But everyone was so exceptionally professional and kind. I was given the most delicious macarons as a welcome offering. I hate I forgot everyone's names because they were just so lovely to encounter.

Honestly there's nothing that I didn't like.

The location..staff..rose bar…valet…cleaned cozy room..pool..view..let just say EVERYTHING..

Elevator..which I’m already scared of anyways.. but it’s the using of the room key to access elevator..we jumped on not knowing you use the key to access and it didn’t move..I panicked lol

Hotel was very clean, great location, and Whiskey Blue on the rooftop was a plus. Lobby bar was cozy and I loved the modern decor at this hotel. Staff was helpful.

Over night parking was pretty steep. Pool hours were not the best (closed at like 6 pm).

Room, location, comfortable bed. Outstanding customer service from valet to room service.

It would have been nice to be able to have drinks/bar service at the pool. It felt very disconnected. Also, the rooftop bar didn't have to go cups to service the pool visitors. Note that the rooftop bar staff was VERY helpful and apologetic that they didn't have what we needed.

From the valet, to the bag handling to the front desk check in, everything was awesome. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy.

The only gripe was that due to the pool was rooftop, it could've been heated and the TV didn't work in the pool area

Breakfast was very overpriced and it took 3 trips to our room before we got the entire order. However, The precious little lady that bright it to the room was awesome. I wish I had gotten her name.

Price for valet and for the price of the room it should have had a microwave.
