The Westin Buckhead Atlanta

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me. The staff were very courteous and professional going that extra mile to make my stay awesome.

I had ordered breakfast on my first morning there and waited almost an hour and a half for it and it never arrived. I called the front desk to see what the delay was and was told that they were swamped with over eighty orders that morning. The staff member still had my ticket and I guess my order had never been placed so I asked her to just cancel the order. I am diabetic so it would have been nice if someone had called and informed me that they were backed up in breakfast orders so that I could have made other arrangements.

I really like the location. Walkable to many restaurants. Staff very nice and accommodating. The Palm restaurant had great cocktails. Check-in and out was easy. Valet parking staff very friendly as well.

It did not have an outdoor pool. I was expecting an outdoor pool with a bar for this Buckhead location. Bathrooms were dated. Air conditioning was subpar as it was set on 65 but actual temperature was more like 75. There was no welcome book with hotel amenities and suggested restaurants.

The Valet Team there are wonderful and helpful, during my stay in Atlanta I used Lyft. Me being so quick I forgot to check the license plate on the car when I was getting in, the valet guy said in the most geniun way " don't forget to check the plate". That made me feel like they actually care about my safety and well being. They were all very helpful and funny during my stay but that really stood out for me. There was also a very nice young man at the hosted desk for The Palm as well as a very great baretender (young women). I am not good with names at all but they made my stay great!

The property was in a prime location! we literally walked to the Lenox mall! The bar inside of the hotel (which I believe belongs to the inside restaurant) gave amazing customer service!

The hotel itself was beautiful and again in an ideal location but the one complaint I had was that there was a stain on my comforter AND hair on my sheets when the comforter was pulled back. I requested my bad be re made but they only sent up sheets and a throw blanket 🙄.

The staff was extremely nice. The room was just fine, fairly standard.

The breakfast options were a horrible value for the money. The bar was double the cost of any other hotel I have stayed at his month. lol. That was interesting. I guess welcome to Buckhead. Parking was very tight, but its not like there were options.

This property is directly Beside Lenox Square, Mall, was very clean, did not have breakfast in the morning, a little expensive for any hotel amenities.

No microwave in the rooms, lots of nicer hotels want you to just eat in the restaurant but the prices are a little too high for people staying at the hotel three meals a day. For the price I would expect walk-in showers and renovated rooms, this hotel had bathtubs and older rooms

Our Vehicle was too high to self park. Didn't like the fact that our vehicle can get booted in the parking lot if we didn't use valet or self park. Valet parking is too expensive - $55, especially when you would like to tip the drivers.

Location was perfect. The City View was perfect. The staff, the atmosphere, and cleanliness was superb. The valet staff was phenomenal in giving instructions on where to go and what to do. House keeping was painless and easy. The complimentary lady items came in handy as well.

The only downside we experienced was the waitress during the morning we checked out. Not the best experience.

This was “the” best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. The front desk staff was the best. I wish I could remember the guys name. The location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Liked The valet staff and Yazmeen

Didn't like The older gent working at the bar who didn't acknowledge me until he completed whatever he was doing in the computer. He then charged me $40 for a glass of wine. Also didn't care for the broken system in the parking garage that made me late getting to the airport.
