That even tho there Was a lil situation that caused a delay in us checking in the room that I reserved online and could not get unfortunately due to there were no more avail and it was my birthday girls night out. However when I say that THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY GIRLS! THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID MY ENTIRE VISIT! So I couldn't be more thankfull enough to say the least the Manager was above and beyond wonderful who sent wine and a Fruit/cheese tray to my room as we got ready for our night out as well as gave me 2 10$ gift cards for the Restaurant on site which we had dinner that night there and they made it wonderful for me too! So thank you so much for making turning 43 not so bad after all you guys! Yall need a raise that worked on nov 13th! Yall are amazing! And that business would crumble without you!

Excellent customer service, the staff goes above and beyond. I'd especially like to callout Alicia at the front desk and Keisha in the M Club. Thank you so much for your extra efforts, I'll definitely be booking at this location in the future. This kind of support makes my business trips a breeze!

The delicious dark chocolate brownies in M Club didn't come out until 1pm ...freshly baked from the kitchen :-))

We were treated very well with such a professional and kind staff. I have to specifically compliment Griss and Teddy the waiters that host breakfast. They go above and beyond for their job and make breakfast so enjoyable. If we ever come stay in Atlanta again this will definitely be our place we come back to! Everything was very well taken care of and clean.

I have to say the waitress was amazing, but the food at the Bar/ Grill for lunch/ supper was not worth the money at all. I would suggest getting food and drinks somewhere else, unfortunately.

I liked the ambience of the hotel. The color scheme was nice to the eyes. It had a cheerful look. The staff was great. When the staff delivered an amenity to our room on behalf of my fiancé birthday and were ready to sing happy birthday, I thought that was very nice. We enjoyed our spacious room. The bed was comfortable. Thank you.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the hotel.

The bar was excellent, the servers were really nice. The location had easy access to shopping and food and it was easy coming and going.

The charges for parking were ridiculous and the tv didn’t in our room didn’t work.

I had an issue paying with my card. In my country there’s restriction on the amount you can spend on card per day per month. Much as I understand we are in a cashless society it would be nice if the hotel can be a little flexible and accept cash when issues like this come up.

That the staff was very pleasant and helpful.They were attentive and very patient.

That they were out of cosmetic (toothbrush) and there were any wine bottle openers to supply to the occupants of the room if needed.

All employees were so nice especially the supervisor of housekeeping

We saw something on our sheets and comforter. The supervisor herself came to see and changed everything for us within 10 minutes!! Amazing service

Breakfast was over. On a Sunday. No brunch, but ok. I found brunch elsewhere.

My neighbors were extremely loud all night and even the next morning. Slamming doors, etc..

this was my 3rd time at this property and I love everything about it. this last stay was my most memorable time.
