I MISSED having a refrigerator in the room when I arrived. I missed having someone tidy my room after I'd been out all day Saturday. If you're not going to tidy, at least leave me a bag I can combine garbage and get rid of it.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. They allowed me to checkout late due to some extenuating circumstances and I greatly appreciated it.

I reserved a king on a higher floor but got a double on the 3rd. I was so tired when I arrived (flight delay got me in a little before midnight) that I didn't say anything. There was also a very loud wedding party arriving late at night so I didn't want to risk being moved near them. Lol I also paid for breakfast but didn't get any info from reception at check-in so I didn't know how it worked. I had a busy morning and ended up not eating at all. To be fair, reception was very busy with all the late night check-ins for the boisterous wedding crowd but it was still disappointing.

The staff was professional yet personable. Good Customer Relations is almost a thing of the past in this current climate. This staff was Amazing! I even remember a couple names which is rare for me. Marquis, Collette, Gabrielle were very attentive to my needs. The room and view was just what I needed to decompress and reset my intentions for the coming week. The complimentary Breakfast was an added bonus. This was a short Liesure stay that I booked to Celebrate my 50th Bday!!! I will definitely recommend/return for future stays. Two things... the Spa never responded to my inquiry and no where to get your late night chip fix. 😒 I'll remember to pack my own next trip 😁

Room was super nice and staff was very friendly. They stole my damn money though.

Those fuckers stole a $200 security deposit from me and I never got it back. Left the room literally spotless.

Pool closed due to COVID I know that is out of anyone’s control. There was also an issue with payment. We received an email stating there would be a $250 hold upon check in and that it would be refunded minus any charged we may occur during the stay. Ok that’s fine no problem. Not only were we charged the $250, an additional $100 per day was charged/held as well, there was no real explanation as to why the additional $100 per day was charged/held. We are still waiting for the money to be refunded.

My fiance and myself traveled from Florida for our Christmas stay at the Whitley. The staff employees of any position of employment were exceptionally professional, kind and courteous. Added touches that were incredible were the champagne and cookie greeting, but to have a Christmas stocking hanging on our door with little goodies inside was one of the most heartwarming gestures both of us were so pleased with. We plan to return again and again for unfinished Atlanta experiences we were not able to attend during our Christmas visit. Thank you and Happy New year to all, Leo C. Lachambre, Jr.

I love this property. They have a lively bar, plenty of seating in the lobby and great food selection. if you don’t know what to do, just head to the lobby to hang out or take a stroll. I love the city views from the room. the Byredo lotion/body wash and hair products just makes everything better.

The smell of the room is a little stale. considering they have high end body care products, I’d think they’d have that smell through out the property.

little special amenities that weren’t there. no tea just coffee in lobby area. rooms had limited almost COVID like restrictions on amenities. no coffee maker in room. tv didn’t work on all channels. maybe an issue with cable. grounds work on property was loud. didn’t do the club room. so maybe that service would have made it better. the parking rate seemed high.

The room was spacious although our first room had better amenities like a better hair dryer and an additional mirror for up close viewing to do makeup. We had to switch rooms because the lock on our bathroom door jammed and one of the guests was trapped inside for 30 minutes until the engineering team got her out. We received a $100 worth of meal vouchers and half off one night of our room but a full night should have been given for the inconvenience of having to move again.

There also was way too many kids in the pool area that made it difficult for guests trying to relax to enjoy the hotel's amenities.

The couple’s massage was the most expensive massage we’ve had anywhere in the world. They never corresponded back after I made the reservation even after I left several voicemails. The massage was average at best. To have a hidden “service” fee and other add ons is ridiculous. We would never go back.
