Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead Pharr Road

The room was very good and had just been remodelled. The location was quiet and near to everything we wanted to visit. The free parking was good.

On arrival we were asked to pay again. Even after producing receipts and our bank transfer we still waited 20 minutes whilst the member of staff "dug deeper". Made me feel uncomfortable. There was no milk in our room. When we asked for some we were given a carton which was 3 days out of date and told it would be ok. I think the staff need some serious customer service training if this is going to pass as a Hilton. The breakfast was passable obviously the building work has affected that as well. We were disappointed the pool was still not useable.

The people in the reception are an amazing, friendly bunch. My little boy loved them. Parking is free, and it's located to many restaurants and malls Rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept

Property is going thru renovation. Not fully functional. Many amenities are still not available to the public. Breakfast spread is limited and confined to a small area. No dining area is available as the property is still under renovation. Same menu every day. The shower water pressure is very low. Takes time to have a good shower.

Overall, we had a really great stay. We especially enjoyed the nice staff, secure free parking, exceptional breakfast and “social hour“ buffets, and for the purposes of our stay, it could not have been more perfectly situated. Convenience of restaurants & supermarkets within walking distance a big plus.

Unfortunately there was some remodeling and construction going on so not every area was accessible to enjoy. A lovely and relaxing courtyard is there, but currently inaccessible. Everything appeared clean, but some fabrics and finishes are outdated and worn and detract from the overall experience.

very clean, comfortable beds, nice size room and equipped with dishes and such, good breakfast selection the place was nice!

STAFF! the 3rd shift staff very sketchy we arrived late we was tired and wore out at 3am, couldn’t locate staff to check in couldn’t get them to answer the phone we had our kids with us, about 20 minutes later the desk clerk and the security guard came out of the bathroom together with a towel?! it was odd! we then got checked in and to our room but it wasn’t very professional and we would never stay there again due to that!

The location was good. Had a good selection of restaurants nearby. It's a great place to spend a romantic weekend with your special someone or to have a girls or guys weekend. I had very nice outdoor area that was nice to eat outside or to just hang out and talk with friends and family. The beds are super comfy and the pillows are a dream to sleep on.

There was not much that I did not like about the hotel. I would say, I think its a little overpriced, but it is a very nice place. I also think that there needed a better way to find the elevator it is kinda of hidden.

Recently renovated room and good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Currently under renovation so limited amenities. Noisy neighbours on the last night until midnight. Front desk responded immediately when called but noise continued.

Very nice and good location. Only about 15 minutes from downtown. Very nice staff. Will stay there again on our next trip!

They are currently undergoing some renovations, so a little noisy at times, but didn’t really effect our stay

I like that I mentioned I was traveling with children and asked if I could stay on the ground floor. They made sure I was on the second floor, and no one was under us. The breakfast was good, however too much garlic! One of the TVs didn't work, they were Jonny on the spot to come and repair it.

The 2 bedroom suite is huge with a nice kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. All the amenities you need and super friendly staff. Convenient parking in on-site deck has keyed doorway entry directly to each level. Close to literally everything the city has to offer. Safe area. Great value.

We did not partake in the breakfast.

The breakfast should have been served in a regular dining area but we were aware there was renovations going on so it did not bother us too bad.
