Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

Location was great. Very spacious downstairs! My family of 6 loved the 2 bedroom loft! The bed was comfortable. Loved that the room had a full stove and oven. We were able to cook meals and save money!

The upstairs bathroom floor felt and sounded like it was going to fall in. The kitchen lacked cookware. The lady checking me in was rude. The room accommodates 6 but only had towels and washcloths for 5. (Luckily 2 of us brought ours from home) there wasn’t bedding for the pullout sofa had to buy bedding from Walmart. Did not want to deal with the lady at the desk so we went to buy whatever we the room lacked.

The room was very functional. Well thought out room space. The fact that it had a pool and a gym.. even though gym was rather small.

Breakfast wasn't great, although it was complimentary.

The amenities and location were ideal.

Parking was limited and the air was out in the first unit we had and we were also missing cookware, but the host at the front desk fixed it very quickly.

The thing i liked the most, is the kitchen and all of the working appliances. Also free of noise, i was able to relax and get some rest. Very clean and comfortable. Nice stay, i would definitely come back in the future.

This is our second stay here... love the 2br 2 ba, its great for when my mom stays with us. However, this last time the staff was more focused on chatting with co-workers than helping guests. Additionally, at $350 a night I had an expectation that with this hot weather The pool would be open. It wasnt... could have stayed somewhere else and enjoyed the weather and pool. Love the play, but left disappointed.

The room was a good size room with a nice kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, crockery cutlery and everything needed for cooking including a dishwasher for cleaning

Nothing everything was good

Breakfast was ok but not all that. Need more selection and variety of food(buffet style). Location was great.

Less noise in the breeze ways and music especially during the night time while trying to rest. Better pillows. The pillows were to small especially for a king size bed. The comforters were to thin for the bed as well but ok. Some of the outlets in the room were not working properly. The irons were not working properly as well and maybe it was due to the outlets.

It’s was very nice clean and housekeeping where always making sure your room stay clean and always kept fresh towels u just love this hotel

The staff was very nice especially ms Paula she was very helpful and sweet person to work the front desk I will recommend anyone to that hotel

The dish washer malfunctioned. You have to press it several times to drain the water.

No balcony. I was told via Booking email that I would have a balcony after I requested for one. But when I got to the property, the property doesn’t have balconies.
