I like the location it is central to Starbucks, shopping and restaurants.

I didn’t like the 4 pm checking time. I believe if the room is available at an earlier time then checking should be permitted. the reason for this is the front desk cut my key off at 11 am the day I checked out!!! check our is 12:00pm. I went to load my car and found out the key was not working. I had to walk around the building to get back in and the front desk clerk said it’s already 11:00!!! she activated my key only to find it worked one time and was deactivated again. I hope the Management team can see the frustration it’s unnecessary to deactivate the key when it’s not Time. whatever happened to Good Customer Service. it only exists at Chick-fil-A!!!!!

The linens and bed work extremely clean. The front desk lady was the nicest Absolutely welcoming and friendly.

The location was so so vacant dilapidated buildings around it, definitely felt like I had to make sure everything was out of the car and locked with the people that were hanging around that area. But other than that it was great.

I didn’t eat any breakfast there wasn’t any cause the Chinese flu. I really enjoyed the comfort of the hotel it was clean and the lady at the front desk was awesome. I wasn’t really there for the views but I was looking at Hawthorne Ave. And that’s no anything to view there at all. I know there’s a lot of rough looking people walking around up and down the streets there so at dark no I didn’t feel safe outside. I felt I had to constantly be looking out to see if my pickup was still safe.I strongly suggest a tall fence and security gates for the safety of your employees and guests.

I just stated it in the last message. But now I really liked the hotel and the staff.

Clean and good breakfast

They repeatedly tried to charge my credit card over and over and over so not very happy about that I did the booking through you guys but yet they tried to charge my credit card again and again it made a big headache for me

I understand that changes have been made due to COVID-but I only ate breakfast the first morning because it was mediocre. The breakfast area was blocked off and there was an employee placing your food in a to go box for you to take back to your room. After I had my food boxed, I realized there were other options like cereal and fruit.

I realize that changes were made due to COVID, but I didn't like not being able to serve myself breakfast or eat in the breakfast area. I think if you were to provide "restaurant gloves", it would be safe to have people serve themselves. I've seen several places/buffets do this and people are more that happy to comply.

I watched Coming to America for the first time. It was a very good movie. I understand that a sequel is being made. I'm skeptical of sequels and reboots, so we'll see.

I didn't like seeing people not wearing masks while walking around the hotel. I know that free will is a thing, and people will do what people will do. And it's not like you guys are in a position to fine them or anything, but why not? Why not add $25 to the bill of the maskless moron walking around in shared, indoor spaces during a pandemic?

Great location for us. Clean room. Nice breakfast close to hospitals and lots of fast food and other restaurants

Had toilet backup and wouldn't flush but management sent quickly to fix the problem.

location and the breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly. Room was good for the price. I was traveling with my grandaughter that takes gymnastics close by, so it was good to be able to rest and not have a long way to drive.

I wish the room had been a tad bit bigger, but I booked the room as two double beds, so I can't complain.

Easy access to Food & Starbucks.

parking is always very tight. They need to have better communication with their third party partners regarding connecting rooms for families with small children.

Comfortable room and beds. Good location for Groome pick up. Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast, you can make fresh, hot waffles yourself!
