The location and staff were amazing!! There is parking on site for $51.50 per night or you can download the premier parking app and there are multiple parking lots close to the hotel cheaper. About 2 blocks down and 1 street over on N. Rampart is a parking lot that I paid $11 for 13 hours of parking. 10/10 recommended this hotel! They have 2 pools on site and it's only 2 streets over from Bourbon Street. 1 street from Louis Armstrong Park and Congo Square (go there at 3p on a Sunday for live music, food and local crafts). Grocery store on the corner by the hotel and Marie Laveau's house is on the street next to it as well. Make sure to say hi to Ms. Kim at the front desk, she makes the best coffee and she's so sweet. The beds were so comfy I wanted to keep it. Our room even had it's own courtyard area. Loved it! Definitely authentic New Orleans experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the mild mildew smell in our room. A little febreeze took care of it and leaving the bathroom vent on. We did visit in the hottest most humid part of the summer and the buildings are old homes. It was a very minor thing and I wouldn't give the hotel less than a 10/10 or 5 star rating.

Location is PERFECT. Room is cool and very well conditioned, nothing is better - coming in from the muggy heat. Cold lemon water and morning coffee in the lobby. Very friendly stuff. 2 pools, that we didn't use, but have seen people having a blast there. Like 10 min walk to 24 H Cafe du Monde, like 5 to Lafitte's tavern. We would come back and enjoy this vibrant environment at any moment. Loved the trip. Thank you.

Nothing. Because the hotel itself is very very old and you see and feel it at every moment - if your goal is Hilton quality and expectation - don't go, your expectations will not be met. If you are flexible and want to really feel where you are - that IS the place! It is located in Vieux Carre, just couple of blocks from Bourbon. Perfect location for people looking to experience heart of the French Quarter and not setting their bar to high. Great value for the price. Thank you.

The hotel St Pierre was perfectly situated on Burgundy St in the French Quarter. It was easy to walk, take the trolley or take the bus to all of the French Quarter, including Bourbon St, Riverwalk, downtown New Orleans: Canal street, Vue Orleans & Harrahs. There's plenty of dining options within walking distance, but it would have been nice if breakfast which included something hot was included. They do offer free coffee in the morning. The grounds are for the most part well tended to. It has nice sitting courtyard areas, but the pool needs a maintenance person to take out miscellaneous leaves & debris from the weather. The bed was comfortable. The rooms could also use some tender loving care/ maintenance on the doors, floor & walls. There are no phones in the rooms, but there is a microwave & mini frigerator.

That there wasn't a phone or a safe in the room.

if you are looking for an authentic New Orleans, stay while you’re visiting, this is the place. The location is absolutely perfect, far enough away from the noise at night, but close enough to walk to all the action when you want. I can see how some of the rooms would be less desirable as far as foot traffic, right outside of your room. but our room, room 151, was absolutely wonderful!!!

there was honestly nothing about the place I didn’t like personally. However, I could see how some people might make comments about the older facilities. But come on, the building are super old and historic, which to me only added to the feel of my trip!

Great location for a Marti Gras stay. The rooms were charming and comfortable. The manager Sean was sweet and answered all of our questions. All of the staff were friendly. Excellent value for the price as well. The courtyard was cozy and we we’re unfortunately only there for cooler days so we did not have much time to use it. I felt safe here and loved that it was only a couple blocks from Bourbon street and less than 15 minutes walk from Frenchman. There is a corner store nearby and a really good breakfast place with delicious coffee a block away.

I really enjoyed staying here, but if you are someone that needs a sterile, luxury hotel, you would be disappointed here. The rooms are dated, but that is part of their New Orleans charm. My room was clean: sheets and bathroom, but it felt more like an old city apartment than a hotel… again charming. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors’ vigorous activities. Quite a bit of light got into our rooms around the doors. I sleep with earbuds and an eye mask so this didn’t bother me, but was definitely a thing.

This location is perfect. Couple blocks off Bourbon, so it's nice and quiet, but plenty close enough to everything to be in the thick of it within minutes! There's also a great small store just a few doors down. Great coffee in the lobby and rooms off the street with a nice courtyard to enjoy. Easy access in and out of the Quarter for taxis. Walkable to Bourbon, Cafe DuMonde, Jackson Square...anywhere you want to go!

The bathtubs/showers were SLIPPERY! We had three different rooms and one of them was extremely tiny with loud neighbors and thin walls that was billed the same as another one that was spacious and quiet. That said, we feel minor inconveniences are worth every bit of authentic French Quarter charm you get at this hotel!!! (If you don't want that, just keep scrolling.)

The front desk staff was outstanding! Courtney was especially wonderful. The size of our room was terrific, plenty of space for our clothes. The public spaces were beautiful, nicely decorated for Mardi Gras. Location for our purposes was terrific, easy in and out by car and walkable to everything in the French Quarter.

Parking was an issue as we paid for the lot across the street but every night, even though we were back early, there were no spots (the attendant kept our keys and moved cars around as needed). The bathroom was not well cleaned, the towels were old and the water in the tub/shower came out in practically a trickle with no pressure at all. In addition, the air conditioner needed attention.

Location and staff.

Door did not fit and gaps allowed cold air to blow into room whenever a breeze picked up. Toilet tank seal was noticeably blown out and leaked out every flush. Too obvious for housekeeping to miss... Outside shutters swing in the breeze and bang on the door . No way to secure them to stop. Power outlet by TV has triple adapters and is dangerous. Moved coffee maker next to bed to be able to plug in. AC control very difficult to interpret and operate

Location was great, off the main loud areas far enough but within easy walking distance. I enjoyed the courtyard. It was peaceful. and was a nice place to chat with fellow guests. The room was nice and comfortable besides the above issues.

The smoke detector made a lot of static noise. It made sleeping difficult at times. We stayed for five days- We got fresh towels from the front desk. It would have been nice to have them brought to the room when cleaning/empty trash cans. The batteries in the remote were a bit on the low to dead side, but we made them work long enough. The curvature of the inside of the tub made stepping in and out of the shower scary. We both slid and nearly fell. My suggestion is a Handle. Or at very least tub stickers.

The staff and managers are very helpful and friendly, especially Kim who made our life easier by escorting us with her car to the I-10 East ramp on the day of our departure. Great location. Historical background of this hotel is very interesting. Heritage building.

We had asked for a room overlooking the patio, but we were offered a dark room with no view and a broken fridge. They accommodated us and offered a larger and brighter room on the street side, a bit noisy at night (this is New Orleans, after all).
