Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Alexandria,Virginia

It was beautiful, the service was outstanding and everything was amazing.

The only thing is that I am allergic to gluten and other than the boiled eggs, Cheerios (that were not individually packaged containers to ensure no cross contamination), apples, and bananas (I cannot eat those) there was not much for me to eat in the morning.

Cleaning staff were nice, accomodating.

The cleaning crew came around knocking on doors at 9am and check out is not until 12pm. Hard to rest here comfortably with these thin walls as you can literally hear everything your neighbors next door are doing in their room. People up slamming doors, kids running the halls at 7am

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK, but with a relatively limited variety.

The price is a bit too high for such a hotel.

I loved the free breakfast, the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area and the staff.

I would have loved if they left the coffee out longer than just for breakfast time. Maybe a hour longer, this would have been better.

The hotel was easily accessible and had ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the room size was sufficient. The TV reception was clear and was of good size. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were pleasant in appearance. The hotel staff communicated well concerning times and access points. The beds were comfortable and good sized.

The breakfast here was the worst I've had in a long time. Everything was either store-bought or in small plastic baggies. The breakfast sandwiches were steamed in their bags and were soggy. There was no freshly made food.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and very helpful. I come to the DC area often and it’s one of the better places to stay as far as cleanliness and safety goes. We stayed multiple nights and there was daily housekeeping which was nice. The location is about a 35-45 minute drive into DC depending on traffic.

The doors were heavy and impossible to close softly; therefore, we were awakened multiple times by the neighbors doors slamming. All night. The price was too high in my opinion. And apparently someone was smoking in their room because the hallway to our room smelled like smoke the entire time we were there.

Good, clean, spacious room. breakfast although not very rich but it was enough the property has an indoor swimming pool and parking free of charge

the swimming pool was not cleaned when we came in the morning. But after we spoke to the personnel they cleaned up everything in 20 minutes

Good priced large queen bedded room, good quality beds, good quality and clean bathroom with bathtub. Free parking and free wifi a big plus. Location is near National Harbor, Tanger Outlets, Alexandria and Washington is great.

Room soundproof could have been better especially windows to block road noise. Breakfast choice is limited. Wifi sometimes is slow Room not serviced everyday (because of Covid?)

This was a really Good Hotel! The Pool and Work Out Room were a Bonus! This was my son DC Trip, so we stayed in Alexandria, VA because it was so close. The Hotel was updated, modern in theme. The rooms were nice , and spacious. We stayed Friday-Monday so have space was important. We managed to go to a few of the local shops and food establishments. Everything was really close, so you didn't have to go to far for anything!

Hotel, had an odd entrance way from the main road. Really close to residential apartments. I passed by once because sign was so small. Because we stayed for 3 days, we were told that room wouldn't be cleaned and we needed to request additional towels. (Which I understand because of COVID) but just seemed like a lot of additional ask, of customers during a vacation. Coming back to a room clean is one of the benefits to staying in a Hotel.

Hotel was only a short bit away from everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was so friendly and helpful, those at the front desk, the maids and those refilling the breakfast buffet and coffee. We will definitely stay here the next time visiting the area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
