Holiday Inn Cape Cod-Falmouth, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were spacious and clean. My favorite were the staff, however. The lady receptionist went above and beyond trying to check in my family early, as we got there early in the morning and there was nothing to do outside because of the rain. I think she felt bad for us and had the compassion and generosity to check us in way ahead of time. I am so grateful to her. The server at the breakfast was also the sweetest guy. He talked to my family in such a personable way, I really felt at home. Overall great stay. The pool and gym was great, too. The kids enjoyed the pool and my eldest son used the gym for his daily workout.

The property is very clean but we could tell that it’s a little on the legacy side. Maybe make some updates to the bathrooms. That’s where I felt the property’s age. Immaculate reception area, though.

We liked everything about this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the location very good. The hotel is paying attention to environmentally sustainable practices which we appreciate a lot. It was nice to be offered cold drinks in the lobby. Well done!

There was minimal counter space in the bathroom and the tub seemed quite old. However, these are minor points. We enjoyed our stay here.

I liked the cleanliness and the size was good. Although my husband couldn't get comfortable, and didn't have a good night's sleep.

I know the Covid is going on, but I think it's being carried too far. They have a coffee maker in the room, but you couldn't make coffee. They didn't supply the Kcups or any cream or sugar. Also I didn't like they didn't give you any cups at all, not even the ones wrapped in cellophane! Also, they only gave you one bar of soap, that you had to use for the sink and shower! Other than those two things, it was a nice hotel.

Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Had to leave a bit earlier than expected due to some family issues. The facility was very clean and comfortable, despite construction at the time. That was kept well away from the room we were in. Location was a bit off the beaten path, but that wasnt important to us.

Nothing, really. Everything was just fine, and a very nice value.

The Room and Bathroom were clean but there was a Odor in my room . I think it was the rug . They should take out the rugs and replace them with flooring which is much more easier to care for and would eliminate future bacteria and odors. The pool area was kept up and the pool was awesome to swim in. The Women's bath room by the pool area could of been a bit cleaner though .

The hotel was close to Martha's Vineyard in a lovely town.

Use used an app to find the hotel and feel the staff might've hesitated renting our room since the elevator was unavailable to the lower level during renovations. As older folks climbing up and down stairs with luggage wasn't the best experience.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. They made an effort to find a room close to the elevator/door for me because I don’t walk well.

It didn’t matter to me, but the pool was closed. I’m sure others were disappointed about that.

My son is in MMA and we met him on Jan. Last year we spent a couple of days in a Hotel at Buzzards Bay. We try something different and we went to Falmouth. A really nice surprise, good and beautiful hotel. Breakfast: súper nice. 2 thumbs up.

Lots of parking and easily accessible. and easy drive to many places one would want to go to on vacation. It was also a nice surprise that the room was nicer than it looked online

Could hear lots of noise from the pool (room 211), but I’m also aware I was going to bed earlier than most people

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The front office team was quite helpful to offer two packs of hot chocolate when my daughter was not feeling very well in the late hours of the night.

We were hoping the indoor pool would be open at the time but it was understandable under the circumstances. There were insufficient towels and wash rags in the bathroom. While we appreciated the cold breakfast. Other options for a warm breakfast could be considered.
