I loved the colors and decor of the room. Having wine glasses in the room was a very nice touch. My husband and I were impressed by the continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick. Our room was even ready early. We only used 2 towels but I liked having extra ones in the basket. Something you don't find with big chain hotels anymore.

I didn't love having a wall unit AC and was concerned it wouldn't work well enough. I like to sleep with the room very cold. It worked better than I thought it would.

The location is perfect. Very convenient to town, and to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The staff is awesome! Very friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, and the food was very good. Again, the staff and the friendly service shined. The size of our room was great.

The room could have used some renovation - by a qualified electrician. The number and location of outlets that WORKED were not up to modern standards. Bed was OK, but a bit too lumpy. Air conditioner was rather loud, and stopped working during the night. Had to be turned off, then back on again to reset.

I liked that the suites were private entrance through parking lot without having to go into the hotel to come and go.

the room was spacious but the floors were sticky and felt unclean. the beds were too soft for my liking but fine. the sink in the bathroom is too high.. the faucet spot is also high so water splashes everywhere. it was simple. not quite as luxurious as I expected for 320$ a night on the cape. the pictures on line depict more luxury. we enjoyed ourselves all the same.

My stay was great here. It was the first time staying here & was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was in my room. Upon arrival, I brought all my luggage with me to the main entrance to check-in. I didn't realize that was not the best move as you do not access your room via the main entrance necessarily. So as a tip, keep your belongings in the car until you know the location of your room. Front desk staff were very friendly. I was given 2 keys to my room and a map/informational sheet was outlined by the staff member both verbally & visually, explaining where my room was located. While it was still slightly confusing to find the room, once I found it, I was able to park my car very close, which was awesome! The room was very clean & nicely decorated/up-to-date. The first room of the suite is a hang out area with a couch, sitting area & TV. The window AC was located in this room. An open door led into the main bedroom where the bed was located, another TV equipped with a Netflix account. This room was very warm & I was nervous that the window AC from the other room would not be able to cool it down. However, because I was made to feel very comfortable to communicate any needs, I promptly texted the number (that had already texted me first, an open line of communication) & made a request to see if they had a portable fan available & hand soap for the bathroom. Within minutes, I received a text back saying they did & they will bring it over within 5-10 minutes. Very quickly housekeeping brought me extra hand soap, (which I did already have & didn't realize) & then maintenance brought me an additional window AC unit! He was so kind & set it up in the main bedroom window. They did me one better than a fan, without my request! I was so pleasantly surprised & that made such an impact, I find it so uncomfortable to sleep in a warm environment. The bed was so comfy.

Front desk was tucked away from main entrance door. The desk area itself could be a little more up-to-date. Room was very warm upon arrival, had to personally turn on and wait for AC to cool the room down. Main bedroom didn't have AC or fan HOWEVER they brought me an additional AC for that room so quickly and fixed the issue. The grounds of the property could have been better maintained, especially in the back area. There were high grass areas and chairs stacked in view. I would suggest more signage for directions.

The bedroom was huge...can't complain for the size of our bedroom. Beds were comfortable, from the mattress to the bed sheets. The living room was bright and nicely decorated. Bathroom is a decent size, although the light/fan is very noisy....just use the other light (sink). Overall it is a well maintain hotel both outside and inside.

Complimentary breakfast : Yes it's free...and you can see it. Doesn't taste very good. Croissants doesn't taste fresh, a bit rubbery and sadly not buttery/flaky at all. Needed to ask for butter and jam as not found on the buffet. So overall it's nice to offer something to eat in the morning but level up the quality. Bedroom : You might hear everything people staying above you...literarily ! People talking loud outside can be annoying too especially after 10pm !

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. I loved the bright, homey feel of the room. We didnt feel like we were in a hotel. It felt like a home away from home. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The continental breakfast was delicious with different kinds of homemade cakes each day and a yogurt parfait bar. There was also fresh baked bread, bagels, hard boiled eggs, and fruit. You could enjoy your breakfast indoors or outside on the deck that overlooks a lake.

There were a couple quirky things about the room. There was no lock on the King bedroom door. There was no AC in the living room area.

The hotel in general was ok. The room was large and clean. The location is ok if you have a car and want to travel around the Cape Cod. It’s located near the city center, but around the hotel there is nothing to do. I can’t say we didn’t like it. But there are small details which are missing and could make guests feel really comfortable. Like carpets on the floor or pleasant aroma in the bathroom. Or more choices at breakfast. Normal hotel but I expected more

Very poor breakfast and low quality coffee

Pretty grounds. Kind of odd layout. Room was well decorated and modern interior. You could definitely hear people above you in room over ours. The beds were great.

The room was large but there was no opportunity to cook or make coffee in the room. It was big enough for a kitchenette. There was a micro fridge but it was in a coat closet. Otherwise, the decor was clean and cool and modern. Beds were very comfortable.

highlights include size of suit available, interior design of Suits. breakfast was delivered with proper covid practice for safety of both parties.

the cost of the suit for an off season stay was a bit high for the limitations and restrictions it could have been priced a bit lower then advertised but can completely see the rate influx being worth the value during peak season stays.

The aesthetics of modern farmhouse, the cleanliness, the ease of moving about the property, the great location and friendly greeting will bring us back!

I couldn't believe how loud the people in the next room seemed! It was like they were in my room. I avoided the living area, closed the bedroom door and put on a fan so as not to invade their privacy as well as contain my own.
