The location of this property couldn’t be any better. Close to everything. The property offered complementary bicycles which we took advantage of. Muri at the front desk was unbelievably helpful with helping us to plan an itinerary and offering suggestions. Colin the property manager was amazing. We will definitely be back I can’t recommend this property enough. We walked all around and couldn’t believe how much we lucked out on everything. Imagine waking up every morning and staring across the water at Chappaquiddick it was amazing! We also had a rental car which gave us complete flexibility. I can’t say enough about everyone here. Too many names to mention! GREAT STAFF!

I’ve wanted to come to Martha’s Vineyard for years and my husband and I finally did it! Since we weren’t renting a car we wanted a hotel with a good location to everything. Kelley House Hotel proved to be perfect! It’s conveniently located to everything and across the street from the harbor. Our king size corner room had harbor views on 2 sides. The staff was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay at KH again.
We could hear talking in the room next door but overall the hotel was very quiet.

The hotel location is A+ located in downtown Edgartown. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and larger than a comparable one that we had at the Marriott Copley in Boston. Their outdoor pool is a decent size & has an accompanying outdoor bar area serving wine/sushi. Daily cleaning services were provided when requested. Front desk personnel were welcoming and kind during our many interactions. Bikes with wicker baskets were available as well.
The hotel only had a very very limited number of beach chairs to take to the beaches. Knowing that a large number of visitors are not local, they should consider having more than 8 chairs available on a daily basis for their entire (albeit smaller but still upscale) hotel. Having said that, they were rented out free of charge. No beach umbrellas were available to rent. We purchased and left a couple of umbrellas with the front desk for future customers to use.

The location is perfect. Literally in the heart of Edgartown and you can walk to everything right outside your door. The hotel is cozy and comfortable.
The staff was odd - always confused by a basic question and one person was always on a personal call every time we passed by the front desk. All in all, the staff seemed inexperienced. The room was comfortable but the AC/Heat unit was so loud and the walls are very thin as we could hear our neighbors conversation as if we were in the same room.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and lovely. The beds are very comfortable and clean. There is a damp smell when first entering room 106. Not sure if it's the season or carpeting. It did not effect the overall quality of the room. The pool area bar was fun and staffed by congenial waiters. The pot stickers were excellent!

Pool and outside tiki bar area were great! Area could not have been more convenient to shops, beaches and restaurants, and Edgartown ferry comes right there.
Lobby area could be much more welcoming, promises of early check-in were unable to be honored.

The fitted sheet was put on inside-out - not a big deal. It's a little sloppy. The room was about 80+ degrees when I checked in - someone put the heat on high and left it on. I ended up opening the window and turning the heat completely off. Just odd details like that add up to things seeming a little sloppy.

The location and facilities were great. Loved the muffins.
I didn’t love that they ran out of coffee way before 9 am and you were left on your own to find some. I also didn’t love that I ordered a latte at the next door cafe attached to the hotel. They made me wait for awhile before telling me the steamer on the machine wasn’t working. When i asked for regular coffee, they didn’t offer me a refund of the difference. Not impressed.
