TownePlace Suites Ann Arbor

The breakfast was ok. I had eggs, coffee, and a muffin. I believe there was an option to make a waffle and there was also fruit. The room appeared to be very clean. The pillows were soft. Plenty of towels were provided. There was a nice couch to sit on and a workspace. The kitchen was very nice with appliances and utensils. I didn't utilize the outside area or pool but noticed a large grill and seating area for outside which was nice. It was fairly quiet even though it is pet friendly. The view from our room was nice. Shampoo and Conditioner were very nice as well.

In the picture of the suite I chose, the layout looked a little larger with a large bathroom counter and a separate area for the couch/work area. In fact, these were all together. The counter space was limited. Breakfast choices could have been a little better. There didn't seem to be much staff. I called customer service at one point and received no answer. (though the person there was friendly when we came in.)

How attentive and professional the staff was, and yet so personable. Well done! Also loved how pet friendly your facility is.

No coffee filters in the room. And staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast demands a couple mornings. We went out for breakfast the last 2 mornings of our stay.

Great location near shopping and lots of food choices. Clean room, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, kitchenette was a nice surprise, breakfast was great... huge variety of food! Pool and workout room were nice too.

The only thing that could have made it better would have been a hot tub in the pool room.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff member servicing breakfast was very pleasant and efficient.

Had alot of trouble with getting Booking.com payment recognized by hotel and it took several trips to front desk over 2 days to get it clarified.

The check-in was very easy and smooth, especially with online check-in. The staff was great, helpful and nice.

Not a large choice on the breakfast, but still, it was good.

this was probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. for being pet friendly, everything was clean and sanitized. housekeeping staff does a fantastic job!

The room was clean and was great for the value. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

While there was a continental breakfast served, it was pretty bland and had no flavor.

Location, suite type room with full size refrigerator and small kitchen, pull out couch and comfy king size bed.

When you have your couch pulled out there’s no space left to walk between the couch and bed

I enjoyed everything about my stay, except the breakfast. The food kept running out and guests kept lining up for it, and when I did eventually get to eat it, it was not very good. Other than that, my stay was wonderful!

The breakfast definitely needs some improvement
