Days Inn by Wyndham Carson City

Room was clean and on the end which was convenient since I was unloading a car and a wheelchair-bound husband and had to bother no one. We didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure it was fine.

Even though it was a handicapped-enabled room, it was a little tight. By the time our luggage was in the room, it was a little difficult to maneuver the leftover space in the wheelchair. My husband is wheelchair-bound and did not feel comfortable trying to take a shower sitting on the tiny shower chair that sat in the shower. It might have been more useable to both thin and heavy guests had it been larger and more substantial. He was pleased to see that there was an in-shower rug but did notice that there was no grab bar in front of him at the head of the shower.

Only one bath towel in bathroom, so had to call office for a second towel, which the clerk brought to our room, which was nice that we didn't have to walk down there for it. Room was comfortable.

Shower had long dark hairs on the wall of the shower, (which was weird because we also had long dark hairs on the shower wall at the La Quinta Wyndham we stayed at in Reno on our way north a few days before!). TV picture was dark, like the TV was starting to go bad, controls did not allow to do anything except change volume and channel. "Breakfast" was bag with apple, granola bar, pastry and water, so nothing special.

The room was comfortable enough for our brief stay. The refrigerator was large. The wi-fi was free. There was a mini coffee maker and three small coffee packets. The TV was fine. The little bag lunches were reasonable with a sweet roll, granola bar, excellent apple, and bottle of water. The motel was extremely close to the hospital where our relative is being treated.

I could have asked, but didn't about how to see what channels are available on the TV. I couldn't even figure out how to move up or down using the remote. I could only change channels by guessing and typing in each number separately. Maybe this was just me. I didn't see any directions or channel listing.

The room itself was cozy and well maintained. You could tell that the new flooring was recently put in, since we could hear popping while walking around. But, overall, the property was fantastic.

We desperately needed fresh towels, but at no point did the housekeeping crew come and refresh the supply. We were in the area to visit family, and we left just as the housekeeping crew were servicing the room directly next to us, and when we returned.... We had the same used towels. If it weren't for my beloved packing a couple towels from home, we'd have been using the same musty rags to clean up. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

Great location in a good safe area close to Highway 580 on Business 395.

The curtain should close from one side starting past the window and closing past the window on the other side. It was tricky trying to close them and feel comfortable the center meets with any gap.

Very clean room and grounds. Ample pet area - also, the pet area was clean, too. The staff was courteous. Finally, it was centrally located on the main drag.

The breakfast left a LOT to be desired. Just a bag with a protein bar , apple, and a bottle of water, plus access to a coffee machine. (Coffee was good). However, I understand that breakfast had to be scaled down dramatically because of COVID protocols .

Booked 2 books for our family of 5. I was hesitant due to the pandemic and had higher expectations than normal. Both were clean, comfy, spacious, near everything, and gave the much needed feeling of normalcy! The mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were all super clean. Pet friendly. No breakfast due to the pandemic. The staff were nice and check in and check out was so easy! It was an amazing value and so close to everything in carson city. I can't wait to go back!

That our rooms were not closer to each other but that was best effort so guess not really a complaint

Laundry room very clean and commercial, priced reasonable, bed was good size and comfortable, shower was good, very comfortable sized room, beautiful views, location near restaurants good, near Walmart, near McDonald's, near Smith's grocery store,

Parking lot had a lot of broken glass, was next to a self-serve car wash, kind a noisy, very clean, the smokers were not considerate, place needed more space outside to sit

I want to thank the staff. Absolutely wonderful ladies that made our stay great. Only one issue was the WiFi.. didn't have it on both stays..but that wasn't on the staff.. hopefully it gets better. They also make awesome coffee. Both nights there were peaceful. The location was perfect for us. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you

WiFi could have worked..maybe a guide for tv stations.. great otherwise

convenient to get to, very clean, and VERY affordable. I travel frequently for work and hate paying outrageous nightly rates for just sleeping somewhere for the night so this hotel was extremely affordable.

Heater was a bit tricky yet that was about it.
