We loved the water conservation efforts. The front desk at night was very friendly and explained things clearly. The grill's food was awesome for breakfast. We loved the bowling alley and the bar. Price for drinks sooooo affordable! The cocktail waitress at the machines was quick and friendly. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The casino floor was clean and well supervised. The toiletries were generous. We all loved staying at this hotel, from the kids to the adults. Great value!

Nothing! We loved our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer

We liked having an actual sit down breakfast as opposed to a Continental breakfast. However, the wait time was rather long for a quick breakfast. We also liked the multitude of options for families that didn't revolve around gambling. The staff were extremely friendly and incredibly accommodating when we had an issue that needed to be resolved.

It was difficult for my family and I to adapt to the smoky haze that filled the lobby, restaurant and hallways.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We had 3 choices for our free breakfast. We had dinner there. The meal was good. Good variety. Casino was nice with a variety of gaming options. They also had a bowling alley, which is under renovation, so we weren't able to bowl.

Even though we were in a non-smoking room and far from the casino, you could still smell smoke.

I liked that the room was easy to maneuver in my walker and that the staff was exceptional. The night clerk, Sharon, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The day manager at the Grille, Sorento??, sorry for the misspelling, made it extremely easy with allowing and exception for my husband to pick up my breakfast and bring it to me since I was unable to go there to eat. This was a kindness that went a long way.

I didn't like the hours on the tables to gamble. I wish they were longer. But I do understand that we are in unprecedented times.

Guess the location was good, as we attended a family reunion at Mills Park in Carson City!

We did try to check in a little early at 2:30.............my daughters room was ready! Told us to come back at 3, then 3:30 then at 4:30 it was finally ready! Felt like the pillows could be fluffier and could be replaced! The smoke was so BAD! Guess being in Nevada smoking is legal inside buildings!

Friendliness of the employees and their effort to make our stay pleasant. Also the breakfast was delicious and had variety of choices. Also really liked how the restaurant cleaned each table after each group finished

There needs to an informational sheet or QR code on the envelope of the room keys or a laminated one on the desk so guests can scan all info re hotel: restaurants, pool hours, check out times, list of restaurants in area, hospital etc Also there should be a comfy chair in each room in addition to the desk chair.

The suite was very large. The complimentary breakfast is awesome - a great value. The pool and jacuzzi are nice.

The halls and elevators are filthy. You can see dust all along the edge of the carpet near the wall. Also, you can not get away from the smell of cigarette smoke (even in the non-smoking rooms).

The location was excellent. The staff were the nicest people I ever met I love them. The restaurant is very good. And the hotel was extremely clean and the room was quiet. The view was really nice.

The bed was a little firm for my taste. The televisions were a little dated by todays standards and It was hard to find the stations in the rooms. But in the casino itself the televisions were very nice and all the football games are on. Other than that everything was very nice.

The room was big, the beds comfortable, very clean and so were the hallways and casino area. A free breakfast including drinks is included for each day in their restaurant. The food was good and reasonable.

The people on the third floor above us let their kid jump off the beds and run around. Starting at 6:30 am and again at night. Took security four times and a threat to kick them out but they finally settled at 1am.

It's clean and rooms are large. But when I arrived the hotel had no idea I would like to check in early also wanted a smoking room and had said I'd be in one, the hotel informed me that for three years they no longer had these rooms available.

Booking was easy, but didn't get what I requested for a room once I arrived there. Booking is not up on hotels policies like smoking rooms available when they no longer have or carry any.
