Carson Valley Inn

Was not able to get a none smoking room in the Hotel , didn't sleep due to the smell (had an excuse to spend more time at the Casino LOL)....Receptionist was great and offered a nonsmoking Room at the Travelodge , but I wanted to stay in the the Inn .Now I know to reserve on time for a none smoking room...But I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK ! The Hotel has great service and everyone is very nice .The kids enjoyed the pool and us grownups enjoyed the time at the Casino! Food was great at Katie's Dinner! Im glad I listened to my coworker that recommended the place , I have started to recommend it to other Kaiser coworkers Thank you

Everybody....guests and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Machines payed off better than a lot of other place s I’ve been. 👍ss

No bathtub Smoking rooms are on bottom...no views and very claustrophobic Kind of missed the old ambience of the rooms which have been modernized since the last time we were there 😩 (a few? yrs ago.)

Clean & comfortable room with very good wifi. Bed was good. Housekeeping responsive to extra needs.

Room is beginning to show its age however I will return when I'm in this area and would recommend to others. Since it's a casino, smoking is allowed. It clings to your hair and clothes. Management does an excellent job keeping smoke away from the hotel area.

everything we wanted and didn’t have to leave the property! coffee In the room, went to get a danish in my Jammie’s to take back to the room! dinner the night before at Katie’s was excellent! service and the food was great!! the room was clean and comfortable and cozy!

Liz at front desk was amazing and so helpful. The staff at The steakhouse and Katies was great as well. Overall we had a great time and will be back on August 19 for 3 nights. Housekeeping did a great job on our rooms everyday as well. Love staying here.

Restaurants were amazing and very affordable, staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. Location was great for walking around town and only about 30 minutes away from lake tahoe, avoiding the tourist crowds. Casino was fantastic and bakery was tasty! The rooms were very comfortable and house keeping was fantastic. Highly recommend this place. We will be staying again!!

Only downside was laundry facilities were across parking lot in the RV parking area. Otherwise, no complaints.

I did not having any meals in the hotel. The room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom is very dark and the only light is fluurescent, which is very unpleasant lighting in my opinion. There were a number of mechanical sounds throughout the night, Sounded like an air vent when an air conditioner goes off. It make a loud clunking sound. I don't know if that is normal or if the room happened to be near some kind of mechanical room.

We had a great stay at the property and a lot of fun. Room was comfortable and quite.We had all our meals there and the food was good and reasonably priced.

The manager at the CV steak house scolded us for being too load. There was eight of us and two of us were celebrating birthday . We spent a good sum of money and should have been should not have been treated with such disrespect. The manager could have approached anyone of us and conveyed the message.Instead he brow beat us in front of the entire room. Rude and ignorant man.

The room was quite and overlooked the mountains. Restaurants were all enjoyable. Room and bathroom were spacious and ciean.

Our refrigerator in the.room was small and rickety. Really not much of a con.

I had made a mistake on my reservations. My issue was resolved within five minutes and the staff was very accommodating.

My stay exceeded my expectations. I don’t think you could change your thing. Everything was wonderful.
