Best Western Topaz Lake Inn

Breakfast was good. Eating space clean and orderly, items replaced quickly when emptied. Location was good but it was a surprise when we passed the property on Hwy 395 as our GPS indicated that it was off the road. A quick turn around and a turn off the road got us there right away. Liked being able to walk to dinner at the lodge. Great food at a reasonable cost. Would be better if there was safer trail down the hill into the trailer park. Lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The Tamarack Fire had just started, our grandchildren and great grandchildren who we were visiting had been evacuated hours before and we called the desk to get a status update. The front desk lady wasn't aware of the fire or the evacuations but said she knew who to call. she did and got us accurate, up to date information in just a matter of moments. a couple of days after our stay the fire got to within a mile or so of the motel. Thank God!

The price: #16 for two people, one night.. Shocking and I would have passed on it had there been any others available.

Breakfast was great. Room was very nice. Excellent view of the lake. Not the hotels fault but it was hazy outside so we couldn’t see the lake and surrounding area very well that day. Location wasn’t great but that was my fault for not knowing where I was going to be going. Hotel did great.

I liked everything about the hotel because of the staff and their service. They have a great attitude about trying to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. The housekeeping staff was excellent and they are all using the best Covid19 professional standards for cleanliness and proper use of the masks. I’m highly recommending this hotel.

Everything was very well maintained and kept clean. I didn’t have any problems at the property.

The handicap accessible room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the view. Everything was clean and the front desk clerk was very helpful.

We left at 5:15 a.m. for the airport and the office was locked. We couldn't get a cart to help with luggage. We weren't aware it closed like that.

Breakfast was great.

For some reason my keys stopped working. I had to leave my adult kids with our shopping packages at the door while I went to have the keys redone. It was very cold outside.

This hotel is super close to Topaz Lake (5 minute drive) and it was very quiet. I loved that we could park right next to the lake. Checking in and out was quick and easy and the receptionist is very friendly. The hotel room was clean, warm, and comfortable. My family loved staying there. Would definitely visit again!

Was good ,but at Che k in was a mishap on my end I guess. They had the wrong town and it upset the clerk. But all good

Beautiful view of Lake Topaz and extremely comfortable beds. Totally a repeat. The staff was awesome and super friendly.

No Expresso maker in the room or in the breakfast area.

huge room, very clean, large fridge, coffee in room, comfortable bed & chair. pretty standard breakfast but staff was pleasant.
