The front desk was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the coffee pot in the room. The 3rd floor was quiet. The free breakfast was convenient, but should have bagels. The hair dryer in the room was perfect.
1. We were told we would have housekeeping after 3 days (we stayed 6). We never got any housekeeping and we had to ask the front desk for trash bags to empty our own trash cans, had to ask for toilet paper, had to ask for another little bar of soap (I finally went to Target & bought soap and tissues). 2. The coffee in the room was great, but you only got 2 cups & no one refilled it. So only 1 day of coffee in the room. 3. The free breakfast was convenient, but no bagels (claimed they ran out the 1st day). That was disappointing because they didn't have them our whole stay. Two of the days they had bacon, which was good, but only those 2 days.

When I checked in there no reservation on file. Withat this location MASSIVE help from Larry, my reservation was found under my first name instead last name. Larry is a very excellent example of why we stay at this location!

The inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great!
The guests let their dogs poop everywhere! I as a conscientious dog owner would never leave my dogs poop for others to see, smell or step in. I realize this is not really the hotels fault, but perhaps if they had poop bag stations maybe it would inspire those guests to clean up after their dogs.

The room was really comfi. The mattress was the best we had in a while, we slept well.
The coffee maker was broken and the alarm clock was set to 5AM. Apparently, someone set the alarm and did not switch it off.
