There were very few reviews so we were a little worried but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and fridge. Easy to access rooms and pool on sight. The staff were helpful and friendly. Located away from the traffic and near the attractions!!

Everything was great! The perfume smell of the room was a little too strong but we're sensitive to smell.

Good location, quite convenient to everything. The rooms are set well back from the road.

I've stayed here many times before, since the early '80's. This time I had a couple of lightbulbs that had burned out, and, apparently, they didn't notice when they cleaned previous to my 3-night stay. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable.

I loved the price as well as the cleanliness of the room! We did not expect for the room to be so well kept for what we paid, but it was super clean! We also thought the location was great. Not quite in the middle of no where, but not anywhere bustling.

The only issue was that the toilet did not flush properly. Everything else was pretty great!

Great little place. Clean, in a good area. It wasn’t far from our destination. There was a pool, a fireplace outside and toys for the kids to play on.

My only 2 minor complaints would be that the beds were a little hard and the tv channels were limited I assume because of the surrounding mountains. Otherwise it was a great stay!

It was a clean room, and it was quiet.

The bed was not really comfortable or soft. Plus the volume on the tv got really loud whenever the "test for the broadcast system " came on and unable to turn down the volume and this was on a bunch of times, making it difficult to watch TV and relax.

Great location! Very quiet , basic place but clean and beds were comfy. Shower was good with adjustable options. No frills but we just needed a place convenient to the hiking and Saco 😊 Plenty of Restaurants near by

Everything was great!

Nice location, away from traffic. Rooms are quiet, no loud guests.

Noticed some leftover food crumbs on the carpet in one corner, and the dog found part of a chocolate chip cookike under the radiator.

Peaceful location, not too far from great hiking and great meals!

Well, this is like picking the place apart, but it'd be nice if the pool were heated. Ha! Nice pool, btw!

It was surprisingly very good! Check in easy and staff pleasant and helpful. Bed pretty comfy and nice and quiet.

Little dated but no real complaints at all.

Value and location.
