Comfort Inn & Suites East Greenbush - Albany

I thought that i had booked the room for 2 nights. When I got there Courtney informed me that it was for only 1 night Friday night. Ok no problem, she calls me a while later to let me know that she had spoken to her boss Caitlin & they were able to accommodate for the next night. Very happy with my stay there. And the housekeeping staff was very pleasant as well. I did have a issue with the fact that I was charged on my card when I asked for pay when I got there & $184 dollars wasn't on my card & this has been my only purchase that is linked to this card. I had to pay in cash for both nights, but 184 was not on my cash app card when I went in to check in on Friday the 13th. Just my luck 🙃

The location. The breakfast. Then quick response to whatever was one the sheets & the compensation offered

The amount of kids in the pool / hot tub until it closed. And again right after it opened. There was something ( poop?) On the sheets...the staff was right there too rectify the situation.

Location was great to all highways. The breakfast provided was very good and plenty. The staff was very nice.

The toilet in the room was VERY low and very small. Also, there was no chair to sit in the room. There was a pole lamp in the corner, with no chair, so having to sit on the beds all the time wasn't the best option.

It is a nice place. Location was very convenient for our purposes. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC stopped working at some point during the night, but nothing that we couldn't handle. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices to eat. Excellent in general.

There wasn't a chair to sit in. It's also nice to have the bathroom sink and mirror to be separate from the shower. Also, there was construction which should have been started at a decent hour in the morning. Most people travel for relaxing.

Good breakfast eggs & bacon coffee -all well done! Plenty of choices. Breakfast staff very pleasant and efficient making sure everyone coming in had plenty go options.

No need for improvement that we could see!

Clean and perfect for our need

The location. The map kept giving directions to a different place with this address. It also happened to the Uber driver.

Right on the Empire Trail, so very convenient for cyclists. Comfortable, sizeable, clean room. Clean bathroom, good towels. Indoor pool. Very good breakfast options.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had excellent food delivered to our room. And there was cold lemon water in the lobby.

More variety than waffles for breakfast.

The building and room was clean and well kept. Easy access to the main highway which I traveled for my destination while visiting New York. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any issues as well.

My only complaint was I didn't see a waffle maker for the breakfast and was really wanting one
