Baymont by Wyndham Buffalo

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Food options nearby and a quiet, private location not too far from the airport and town. As I left the first night another traveler gushed to staff about the place, promised to be back often. My concern about an issue with the bath drain was addressed by the manager and I had a soothing bath my last night.

Really wanted a bath on entry but the drain was broken. The sign wasn’t lit at the street and I passed by twice.

The location was approximately 10 minutes from the airport. We stayed here just to visit The Niagara Falls. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Value for money. Many diners around the place and the parking is free.

Drawbacks: There was a slight stench when you enter the room. Once your inside you cannot make out. Moreover no water / coffee was provided in the room. If you wanted you had to go to the Lobby.

Wonderful and clean. Spacious room with a fridge, a clean bathroom, a microwave, and large television. A/C is easily controlled. The staff is also very kind at the entrance, and they have a shuttle bus. Despite their route being to the train station, they kindly agreed to take us to the airport. And on top of all of this, they even have a small fitness room. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room and beds were very comfortable. Needed an overnight stay on a road trip, and this was perfect.

Room was missing the shower curtain. Front desk would have been happy to provide one but by then we were finished showering. Arrived 1 in the morning but had to wait to check in as front desk clerk was on a shuttle run.

Friendly staff- greeted, able to recommend food places, provided what was needed. Housekeeping was nice. Parking on site. About 30 minutes from zoo, about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. I liked that it was a little tucked away but close enough to attractions and food. Indoor Sonic right down the road.

Room had strange odor at times- not sure what from but didn't linger. Have to ask for hair dryer at front desk & no coffee pot in the room.

Staff was very accommodating and professional. Had a opportunity to speak with GM whom was very pleasant and professional as well. Hands on type of GM, I like that because I am a firm believer it starts at the top. Great stay!

Had to have keys reactivated twice I understand the two policy but going a second time thereafter was a little annoying. Other than that overall 👍.

Great location, free parking and great attention from the staff. Comfortable room, close to malls and restaurants. Everything you need after a long road trip.

The car entrance could be confusing, even with Waze, but you get used to quickly. When you enter the room the air conditioning was too cold by default.

The manager (Mr Hoover) was extremely helpful during our stay. There was a snow storm the night before and the parking lot was buried under 2 ft of snow and our car was stuck. The cleaning company didnt show up and Mr Hoover used a snow blower for over 2 hours to try clear a path for my car to get out. This is dedication to customer! Give the guy a massive raise!

When you came in the lady who check us in was very nice and professional. Think she said he name was Tara or Kara. It was around 7:30pm when we checked. My card has a fraud prevention on it so it took a little longer to get it approved but she wasn't in a rush and did not make us feel like we needed to rush. We did have to change rooms because the first one smelled like smoke but she had no problem getting us into another room. Our was very clean and smelled nice. That staffed we passed by in the hallways were nice and spoke either saying good morning or asking how are we. When we come back to visit I definitely plan on returning here for my stay.

That someone tried to enter our room. The handle wiggled after we were settled for the night then nothing more. Figured it was someone mistaking it for their room.
