the location was very convenient, the size of the apartment, the staff was very polite and customer oriented.

the windows definitely need some cleaning and the residents need to be reminded not to leave their shoes or staff in front of the door. the heating system is difficult to manage, it starts cooling in the middle of the night by making a terrible noice that wakes you up.

Loved the facilities and apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable.

Upon check in apartment wasn't yet cleaned from previous guest. An oversight on checking in maybe. Front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. We did see a mouse on the last night of our stay but it is a large city with lots of vermin. other than that the place was very comfortable and clean. Happy with everything.

Again a very good base for a work trip around the UN. They improved massively over the slump in performance during the covid years.

It's located at 1st Ave in the Sutton Place area, which is very safe and calm territory. You have a lot of choices for restaurants, stores, and amenities. The building is very old though the interior design and equipment in the rooms are modern and useful. Starbucks is 4 minutes away from walking. Dashdoor is bringing up your orders to your door. The reception is very helpful and professional. There is a fast internet connection, and TV channels are enough to entertain you. I like the spirit and energy of this hotel.

Old fashion heating/cooling system is working loudly; sometimes, you can wake up from your deep sleep in the middle of the night :) cooling and heating performance is good! Rooms have a kitchen facility; if your neighbor cooks something, you cannot get your portion but a sharp smell which can be frustrating according to your taste:) There was no doorman or bellboy, so I had to find my room by myself and carry my luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located, but not smack dab in the middle of everything, which gave it a relaxed, quiet air in the middle of all the rush of the city. Staff are very kind and helpful (including with a last minute car ride to the airport). The room was very large by NYC standards with a ton of closet space. Kitchen was also well-equipped for preparing breakfast and simple meals, with a small but good grocery store across the street. (Facilties include a gym and laundry room, which we did not use, and coffee, tea and cocoa available day and night in the business center.)

The bathrooms were a little small and did not have much ventilation. The steam from five people showering made it difficult to dry towels. Also, the windows could really use a clean, though it must be difficult to keep them clean in NY. Coffee filters would have been a plus, as well as a second nightstand in the second bedroom.

We spent 6 days in NYC. The accomodation was perfect for our family (2 children), room is actually an apartment with everything you may need: a well equipped separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room. Bathroom is quite small, but shower is spacious. It was very luminous and ventilated, even bathroom had its own window. We appreciated coffee corner in the entrance hall, and washing machine downstairs. The terrace bar Ophelia is wonderful, view is amazing. Hotel's position is very good, close to 2 subway stations, very safe area with many restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

Price is quite high, but absolutely in line with NYC. In any case it is good value for money.

The location was great with easy access to buses, metro and ferries all within a short distance - many of the sights are walkable. Having a fully fitted kitchen was useful for those days you didn't want to eat out - or to grab a take-away from the many local deli's. The location was quieter than others we looked at, away from the hustle and bustle but still with plenty of bars and restaurants locally. There is nowhere on site for breakfast but there is a good range of deli's and bakeries in adjacent buildings. There is s free coffee machine on site. The staff were very friendly. Nice powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Our apartment was well cleaned and had the added feature of an air purifier.

The room we had was a little dark and lacked natural light in the living area - that said we weren't there much during the day. This is an older building and some of the furnishings had seen better days. There were updating the reception area during our stay.

The space was well laid out and very comfortable. It was also very tastefully decorated. The view was lovely. The location placed us near the places we needed to be.

There was no complementary coffee and when we asked the front desk they said they didn't offer it....only to find out they did, as we checked out. A simple solution could be to simply ask at check-in...if we want coffee. Also...I was surprised that we weren't given fresh towels or had beds made by housekeeping or refreshed bottled water. I understand that sheets didn't need to be changed, but the other small things would have made a big difference. It would have shown some pride for providing good service by your establishment.

Very friendly and helpful staff, specially Hector. Just as an example, we had a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi and Hector quickly sent someone to fix the issue. The apartment was clean and really comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. There is a restaurant/bar on the rooftop that is really great and with a fantastic view over the East River (perfect for a drink at sunset). There are also many option to eat in the neighborhood. The building is located in a quiet part of NY and you are just 30 min away from Time Square (easy to walk to). I highly recommend the Beekman and will definitely go back.

Nothing to point out.

Exceptionally spacious for a city, especially NY. Super clean. Really well stocked with towels etc. Free laundry. Great full sized kitchen, with dishwasher etc. Aircon was amazingly efficient. Free 24/7 coffee etc in lobby. Really friendly, polite and professional staff. Central for all transport and walking but really good sound proofing. Of course, you hear some noise outside - it’s NY! But honestly nothing that disturbed me. Good choice of nearby restaurants etc

Nothing to complain about. We have had great time here and would recommend to anyone coming to NY.
