Microtel Inn & Suites Springville

The room was comfortable and had all necessities. The breakfast was excellent and we were amazed by the selection of fresh items. The motel was central and we could walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and breweries. We would definitely go back.

Cannot think of anything. For the money, it cannot be beaten. We will definitely be back next year.

New coffee maker was an improvement. Bagels were fresh every morning.

The whole motel needs to be renovated. We have stayed there many times over the last 20 years. It is badly in need of updating. Everything is 20+ years old and it shows it. First room we were assigned had a small water leak in the ceiling by the window. Staff gave us a new room immediately. We stayed there 6 nights and our room was only cleaned once. One day we did leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

They staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get one bad vibe from anyone of them. The manager was very professional and helpful. He was pleasant and easygoing. I would definitely recommend staying at that motel.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi was spotty. This could have been due to the renovations taking place. Other than that, no complaints.

I originally booked this room as a place to rest while driving from Buffalo to Virginia, after flying in from Denver. Unfortunately, I forgot my wallet in Denver and since I couldn't pick up the rental car I needed to leave Buffalo, I had to cancel. Even though the booking was listed as non-refundable, the staff were vary understanding, and allowed me to cancel after my planned arrival time. I wish I could have said more about actually staying there.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The folks providing the service were very accommodating and went beyond expectations. I like the location. It is very easy to get to any location.

Great staff, very friendly, convenient location. The automated pancake machine was also really cool, and makes me want one at home!

Staff was great and the room was very nice for the price. Room was clean and comfortable.

The booking said the room had a refrigerator, but it did not. Only their suites have the refrigerator.

Staff was great when we arrived late the first day (midnight instead of 7pm!) and when we ordered food on our way back the second night and it was delivered before we got there, they held it for us. All staff members we encountered were very friendly and the COVID safe breakfast had a wide variety.

Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again. It just would of been nice to know about the wet floors ahead of time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that we had a wet floor in our room and in the hallway. The smell was bad every time we left the room. The toilet did flush properly.

Nice layout in the suite. Bed was very comfortable.

Couldn't set the alarm on the clock. Needed a new one. Maid service needs to be improved.
