The breakfast was very good, service was excellent and good value, especially for the children that were with us. The major criticism is with parking. The self parking option is poor as it is in an unsecured, unpaved location which is a lengthy walk along a busy road some portion of which has no sidewalk. The valet parking staff is great but I prefer not to have others drive my vehicle.

See the comments above regarding the parking situation. It is a nice property which would have been even nicer if closer to downtown. Also, the swimming pool view room overlooked the massive marina warehouse-style building next door which was not very attractive.

The room, if not the entire facility, was clean and luxurious. I felt welcomed from the first phone call through to my final morning checkout. All staff members were smiling, helpful, and personable. Dinner at the bar was fantastic, especially from Lisa’s attentive care. Beaufort Hotel really nailed the “little details” on top of being a simply fancy hotel.

I wasn’t thrilled with the parking options- valet wasn’t convenient for my need to come and go multiple times in a day, and the guest lot was a short walk across and down the road, in a sandy and gravelly lot. It wasn’t a big deal, and wouldn’t be bad under different circumstances, but having a closer on-site lot would have been the best possible option.

Very friendly staff that checked in on you by text. Televising screen had a welcoming message for me on screen. Room was very large with a very large bathroom and walk in shower. Room had robes and slippers for use. Daily maid service with easy to scan card to tip individuals. Just an overall beautiful hotel and location. Will definitely be coming back. The 34 degree restaurant at hotel had delicious food and a great view to have my meal on veranda.

Valet parking $15/ day so did not use but had to park about the distance of 2 1/2 blocks away and walk back to hotel. I did move car to front entrance of hotel to load and unload car and then moved it back to parking lot.

Breakfast was great. Room was nice size.

View from my room, having balcony was good, but just saw the road and old factory. room was nice but missing a stool or another shelf in the shower. A place to put personal shampoo or cleaner. I didn't care of Tommy Bahas stuff. Drink machine would not take any of the 10 , 1 dollar bills , went to front desk, drinks were 4 dollar for 1 20oz? only 2 in machine? Not sure i cared for valet, parking lot was right beside the hotel, could walk to my vehicle faster than waiting for them. I know sometimes there was alot of check in and outs at the same time. would save on congestion.

It’s stunning! Everything feels very modern and chic. The views are incredible. Family friendly but also can enjoy an adult atmosphere at the 34North restaurant just inside the hotel. You’re maybe 5 minutes from shops, boutiques, ice cream shops and fishing. Just a bit further and you’ve got the beach, aquarium and putt putt! Absolutely perfect for everyone.

I wish the pool was a bit larger, esp since there are so many families. I also think they need to spray more treatments for mosquitoes. We could hardly sit outside of our room, without facing 50 of them. Also for pets there should be a few pet bag stands with trash cans. We came across a good bit of undisposed of pet “treats” in the grass areas. If I had to be picky, the toilet paper was super awful. Very thin and NOT soft.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice.

For the price we paid, it should have been spotless. The halls didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in a week. The pool was out of order until our last day. The main reason we booked here was for the pool. The first night we were there, one poor woman was the only valet. She ran her butt off and was so nice but that woman needed help. It’s ridiculous to have only one valet. I had no idea about any services provided because there was absolutely nothing in the room. We had to look online just to see a menu. It felt more like a mid level hotel than a resort.

Hotel, amenities, location, view, room were absolutely beautiful! Everyone on the staff we interacted with was very friendly, welcoming, informative, etc. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

I thought the option/availability to rent a golf cart was extremely poor. We didn’t arrive till @5:00 and then we’re going to rent a golf cart just to run downtown and grab dinner. We thought this would be a nice way to go to dinner vs getting our vehicle out of valet. We were told you had to rent it for 24 hours at $98.00 which was minimum, when I told front desk we just needed it for maximum of 2 hours she said we’d have use of it tomorrow as well but I told her we were leaving @7:30am. I just didn’t understand why you couldn’t rent for a few hours which I was told at Valet desk you could rent for $15/hour. This was disappointing especially when I saw all the golf carts that were being unused.

Loved our room and the pool. Bed was very comfortable. Staff in dining room were great.

No one cleaned our room on day two or day three. We had dirty towels piled up and our garbage was overflowing. When I called the front desk they asked me if I had put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I said yes but we left the room at ten and 11 on those days and came back at five. I will say they brought us towels once we asked. Overall it was really a shame because we had a good time. The parking was a great distance from the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. Loved the coffee too; we had dinner and brunch as well. Loved the live music each night.

Parking needs to be closer/better for price paying and for people with walking. issues. Plus there was no handicap parking. The bathroom had no place to hang your bathing towels. Had to ask server to tell us about their specials/menu. Had to ask for a spoon for coffee twice at dinner. Dirty dishes were left on table after dinner had to eat dessert with dirty dishes on table NOT GOOD!!!!😮☹️

Very cute hotel. The texting staff feature was great because I needed to know the closest public access that had sand for the kids to play and they recommended one right away. Everyone was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The parking wasn’t great. If you don’t want to pay to valet you have to park across the street and down. When I checked out they charged me $15 for parking even though they didn’t ask if I used valet or not. They refunded it but if I didn’t get an itemized receipt I would not have known.
