Lighthouse Suites - Best Western Signature Collection

The small hotel and thick walls meant we rarely ever saw anyone or heard anyone. The rooms were nice and the beds were big. The pool was nice.

The internet was very hit or miss, honestly. Most days, it was good, but sometimes it would just cut out for what seemed like an hour, forcing me to go to my plans on the internet. at the end, on the very last day of stay, the elevators went out, which sucked

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The hotel is about a 6 min walk to Emerald Isle beach. There are resturants and shopping all around the hotel. Morehead City is also only about 30 mins away.

The walls are a little thin. There was a family in the room above us and we could hear a lot of banging and stomping. Also, I traveled with 2 other females and the hotel room only had one mirror. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the hotel Suite, but other than those minor issues, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and friendly staff, My complaint is that you can hear guest in other rooms, especially when they were in the rest rooms, when they shower or using the bathroom, didn't sleep well with the ac handler in the bedroom, I would have put ac handler in the first room, not where you sleep. there was mold around the tub, the shower curtain had no liner and water got everywhere. the beds were very cozy, breakfast was a great, staff was very friendly,

The breakfast was perfect, great location in the hotel and room was spotless and well attended by Mary!

The television in the sitting area of our suite never worked right and was hard to understand how to locate specific channels. Once Destiny gave us a channel guide, we were able to search for our preferred channels in our room. We actually didn’t complain about the television until we were checking out. The room could use 2-3 hooks to hang long dresses and garment bags and luggage caddies to put bags on.

Very clean, friendly staff, good location The room was exceptionally nice and hospital clean. Bed was super comfortable. Liked the fact that the suite had a separate area with sofa and tv and a door to close off to the bedroom, I’m an earlier riser, and my wife is not, so it was perfect, I could watch tv and have coffee without disturbing her. The young lady at check in was very helpful and so polite A+!!

No fault of the hotel, but a rude guest on the floor above us decided at 2am to stomp across the floor and flush the toilet at least 4 times, then continued to stomp around another 10 minutes

My boyfriend kept saying “this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!” It was very comfortable and spacious as well!

My boyfriend is a plumber. He could tell immediately that something was done incorrectly because anytime someone was in the shower even above us, there was this noise in the wall.

Very comfortable room, and bed. The staff was exceptional! So friendly and helpful! One of the girls even remembered me from my last visit! (About 6 months ago!). I really liked that!

Close to the beach. Very well lit- I came in after dark each night. Very well maintained!

The complimentary breakfast was awesome! My husband and I agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever enjoyed at any hotel.

The pool was so small that it was as warm as bath water and not very refreshing. On our first night's stay we had people above us that sounded like they were playing NFL football at 11:00 at night. I called the desk twice to complain. I have never done that in any other hotel

Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Great location. Bed comfortable.

Booking.com listed room as having sleeper sofa, WRONG! Has regular sofa. Staff member told me that facility has NO rooms with sleeper, Booking.com in error. Fortunately my son is young enough that he can sleep on anything. Room closet is inside cabinet, so short. Longer clothes on hangers rest on floor.

Everything was beyond excellent! Hospitality on point! Staff - very courteous and professional; greeted all of our family with upmost respect; welcomed kids with a gift; pointed us to a good breakfast; took a family picture in honor of our grandson birthday. My go-to spot when I return!

Nothing....felt like home!
