Hampton Inn Havelock

The staff were great. The hotel was very clean however the hallway was very hot. The air conditioner would not cool the hallways. Our room was very humid. I think our room would have been more comfortable if there had been a dehumidifier in it. It was so humid that our sandals were damp when we put them on in the morning and the bedding felt damp. Water had formed on the lid of my cup that I had on the desk overnight. The humidity was too much in the room.

The high humidity in the room caused our sandals to be wet. Sheets seemed to be damp due to the high humidity in the room. The hallway on our floor was very hot it appears the air conditioner was not working properly in the hallway for our floor

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Very good and several options to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ms. Angela greeted us with a smile when we arrived and when we departed. Great experience!!

Our room could have been cleaned a litter better on the 3rd day. The only day we don't receive fresh sheets. Still pleased overall

I liked the fact that the first shift lady (ashley) i believe, went out of her way to accomodate us when our initial room wasnt ready. Though we arrived earlier than check in time. She made sure to get us a suite swiftly, which might i add was recently cleaned and spotless (thank you housekeeping).

The stay overall was great, worth revisiting. Only issue i had, which is a personal issue, was the kids upstairs running around late hours. Other than that i was pleased with my experience.

Disliked the masked scarecrow at front desk area, stop scaring people with fear that isn’t needed. COVID is no different from the flu, cold SARS… stop it already and live life the way Jesus wants us to, not the left government.

Stayed here because it was a more affordable option that wasn’t too far from the beach. The staff were all super friendly especially Nora. Gotta say to a lot of ppl near the beach weren’t very welcoming or friendly so when we went back to our hotel, it made us feel like we were home. Even the other guest were friendly. Pool was clean and never overcrowded

The property was great it was very clean . There are nature trails and boardwalk trails right outside the hotel. There is real actual historic military jets airplanes and helicopters on display all around the hotel.

I wish the pool was open 24 hours..

Right when I walked in the front desk receptionist was very friendly. The room was very clean it even had a sticker that attached to the door and then connected to the wall so you had to break the sticker to get it knowing it was clean. The breakfast & coffee was good too. I would recommend staying here!

All the staff at the Front desk were so patient and helpful. They had that hospitality attitude that makes you feel welcome and appreciated.

I loved everything about my stay. Went to visit my bf and was right off his base. Had breakfast ready every morning.

The only thing I didn’t like was i was on the first floor. Every night the room upstairs, you could hear them walking around all night. Either that the ceiling is very thin or they just walk very hard.

nice clean property with professional and knowledgeable staff… so cool to have a fighter Jet out front… a boat ramp right next door… and nature trail(s)
