Location,pet friendly,(absolutely no odor) parking,rinse station available,everyone friendly and accommodating,history of the place was interesting .

Maybe a little expensive, but what isn't now days. I didn't mind so much since everything was great. We weren't there on the weekend but it was also very quiet during our stay.

The staff was very accommodating for us. When we arrived there was a hole in the wall by the window and it had water damage on it.My husband went down to the front desk to report it we didn’t want any extra charges for them thinking it was us. They immediately sent a repair man to our room along with 2 sets of room keys and allowed us to pick which room was best suited for our family. After the 2nd night we asked for housekeeping to come in and clean our room . We had sand in the floor and just to wipe the counters down and tidy up a little and get fresh towels . They did a amazing job. We went down for breakfast one morning while there and got fresh warm bagels and yogurt for breakfast along with tea and coffee that was just as wonderful. Every staff member we meet there from the girls at the front desk to the maintenance man and even the housekeepers , everyone of them was so friendly and welcoming to us . They said hello and spoke to us and made us more comfortable. We never stayed as a family at a hotel out of fear it would be to noisy. I was pleasantly surprised when we never heard a sound from another room . This was the most quiet place I have ever stayed in . Let’s also mention the price . This hotel was literally right across from the beach access. I would definitely love to stay here again !

We absolutely loved everything! Staff was helpful and very kind and always went above and beyond! Check in and out was very smooth and easy! The room was clean and beds so comfortable it was hard to get out of them! The Hotel was so beautiful and very well kept! The location was very nice and right across the street from the beautiful Alantic. Matter of fact we loved it so much we already booked another vacation for granddaughters 16th Birthday. We plan to make this our vacation spot for beach trips from now on!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

This will make our third time coming here for our vacation. I honestly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. It’s so perfect, not far from the beach. The hotel is very clean. The updates, turning it into Alice Hotel turned the hotel into a beautiful elegant comfortable place to come to after being out sight seeing or on the beach. Not to mention the shampoo, conditioner and body bath wash is so soapy and smells amazing. I feel very comfortable going to gym and the outside is beautiful. The new owners gave this hotel a magnificent upgrade. I plan on always coming back here every year. I’ll move in if I could. Lm❤️

There wasn’t much to complain about. Only one thing… the bathrooms did seem a bit dirt. I have a young boy who lifts seat. I wasn’t to happy with the slight dirty off it so I had to clean it .

Hotel was pet friendly but also very clean. Decor and location was good. Staff was attentive & polite.

Website said they had a Bistro but they did not. There was only cheese & crackers available at the bar. The bar staff was very friendly but the bar was totally under stocked. They were out of virtually every kind of liquor. Beer was available but very few wine choices and almost no liquors. The hotel advertised a tantalizing breakfast menu that we were looking forward to, but the breakfast chef didn't show up at all for 3 days in a row. There were two elevators but one of them had been broken for about a month... so you had to wait for about 5 minutes for the one working elevator at times.

We absolutely loved everything!! The hotel had a wonderful location, short walk across the street to the beautiful Alantic Ocean. The hotel was beautiful and so nice and clean, from the front doors through the whole hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Our family really enjoyed the pool and the lounge chairs. When it comes to the staff I could go on and on! They were all very helpful and friendly! Matter of fact we were there celebrating our granddaughters 16th birthday and Ms. Amy went above and beyond to make sure it was an extra special birthday! She personally came to our room to drop off a bag full of goodies and gifts from the hotel! She really made our granddaughters day brighter! Thanks again Ms. Amy and Bless you for being so kind!! We think of Hotel Alice as our home away from home! We are already trying to make plans to come back ASAP! Thanks again Hotel Alice for the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation!!

We loved everything!

Pool and close to beach, free popcorn for the kids fro. 2-8pm

Breakfast just fine for us, who like bagels and sweet breakfast. No warm stuff, no cereals, no milk, nothing to drink except tea, coffee, hot chocolate.

The property is exceptionally clean and neat. The staff are friendly and treat you like family. Hotel Alice takes pride in Pine Knoll Shores and in providing excellent customer service. The beach is only a short walk across the street. You can conveniently go back and forth to your room from the beach if necessary. I also liked staying at the Hotel Alice because of the location and size of the hotel. There is a beautiful golf course on the back of the hotel. The front desk offers games for the family to check out in the lobby. The rooms are a nice size. The beds slept well and sheets and bedding were comfortable. I definitely will visit Hotel Alice again when visiting the Atlantic Beach area. Thank you Hotel Alice for helping us to make awesome memories with our family.

Beach is a little far. no foot shower from the beach or at property just a tall shower.

Bed slept very good. Fast response when calling for someone to fix air condition. Clean room, I wish I could have bought the pillows that I slept on. First time I have slept most of the night without waking up several times a night being uncomfortable. I am in a wheelchair and it would have been nice to have breakfast Saturday morning in dining room instead of getting there and finding there was not going to be a breakfast nor did I see coffee offered.

Did not serve breakfast nor offer coffee Saturday morning July 22st 2023 as was mention when booking. It would have been nice since I was in a wheelchair to have something to offer instead of having to get to my car with wheelchair and go out in the rain to get breakfast. I spent over $600 for two nights and maybe a little breakfast food, bagels, toast, coffee or something, except a sign that said sorry for your inconvenience, there will be no breakfast today.
