Enjoyed Oceanfront Room was mostly quiet Chairs and umbrellas available Restaurant on sight Music playing as we arrived and in the evenings Staff members were great!! Elevators worked quickly and well Carts were available Pool area and ground areas were well organized Smelling popcorn was comforting Great trip and places to visit

Not having easy access to beach for those with mobility issues Not receiving full service cleaning midweek The coffee choice Not having more meal choices in the restaurant Bathroom small, but usable, toilet seat needed tightening Balcony windows need washing I took the bed linens off, so ALL would be cleaned. I hope they are each time a room is changed. Complete cleaning is healthier.

Clean and comfortable. Every room has an ocean view. Beach and pool right out side back door.

The staff at the hotel were super. They went out of their way to assist you. The hotel location was fantastic, beach front with all the rooms facing the ocean. It was just a brief walk to the beach where the hotel provided chairs. The room was very clean, comfortable and appeared to be recently renovated. My wife & I loved the room’s balcony where we could sit outside & enjoy the watching the waves roll onto the beach. We definitely plan to return.

The restaurant at the hotel was very good but it didn’t open till 8 AM for breakfast plus you had to pay for it. I just wished the hotel would offer a free continental style breakfast but it did provide free coffee.

Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and people. Everybody seemed pretty laid back... The atmosphere was perfect for us. Bouncing back and forth from the pool to the beach.

One evening, after being at the beach / pool most of the day listening to the live music and having a "few" cocktails, we planned to go to the restaurant for dinner. When we came down, it was not open for several people had called in. Wasn't real happy, but we dealt with it and had pizza delivered. The same thing happened the next evening, but we had already planned to go off site for dinner. That is the only reason I gave the 9 rating.

All in all it is very good. Clean, pleasant, have large pool, beach umbrella and chairs , restaurant. Food is ok

The room door is very hard to open . You have to push very hard which is unsafe in case of emergency. When I ask the front desk lady, she told me it is made that way to protect us in case of hurricane. I am a doctor and I do not buy this explanation. In case of emergency, you not be able you open it. ————- All front staff are very pleasant and helpful except one staff whom I asked her to help me finding a restaurant by calling a number and she refused with the excuse of “ I am not allowed to do this!” (I can not recall her name ,as there is no name tag, but the time was July 3, 2023 around 5:30 pm) The staff should have name tag

The ocean front room water views from our balcony were spectacular. All rooms are oceanfront with a private balcony. We saw dolphins from our balcony everyday. Ocean views from the resort grounds outdoor seating area were unobstructed. Upon exiting the room, you can enjoy views of the sound from the all glass hallway. Staff were incredibly friendly & informative. The Clam Digger Restaurant located inside the lobby area, provides great views of the ocean as well. They’ve got great breakfast (didn’t have dinner there do I can’t comment on that). If you didn’t bring a beach chair or beach towel, no worries: they place chairs along the shore each morning along with fresh towels for the pool! The private Beach access is extremely easy to navigate. Extra benefits in the lobby like a morning coffee bar and lemon water later on were nice perks; as well as the microwave and mini-frig in your room. The location is around the corner from the NC Fish Aquarium and a 10 minute ride to Atlantic Beach, and an additional 10 minutes to Beaufort.

The beds could have been a little softer. Removable shower head would’ve been nice- particularly if you have small children- since there is no bathtub - only a shower. While restaurant ocean views are amazing-the windows could’ve used a good cleaning.

Every room has a balcony right on the ocean with amazing views. 2 complimentary beach chairs per room and my family love the pool and hot tub after a long day playing in the ocean.

The Clam Digger, the restaurant on site, has undergone changes and we were disappointed in the quality, quantity and price. Our last 2 stays, we would eat breakfast here almost every day of our stay and it was amazing! But we went out first morning and decided not to go back. Sad because that was one of our favorite things about The Inn in past years.

The food was pretty good for the price. They also had live music on Saturday and Sunday afternoon and early evening. The pool was clean and you were provided towels each day. Chairs and umbrellas were available on the beach. Great ice machine!! Coffee and lemon water offered each morning. The Inn was located close to restaurants, movies theaters, pizza shops and a nice strip mall with a book store and dollar tree in one direction and in the other direction you had putt putt, water bumper cars and race cars and more restaurants. There were other beaches like emerald isle and Atlantic Beach with beach access parking.

The door to my room was really heavy to push open. I believe they were short staffed so sometimes they weren't sure how to answer your questions. If you requested something they took care of it quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The Inn at Pine Knoll Shores is a lovely place to stay! Every room has gorgeous oceanfront views and the common areas are beautiful, clean and festive with an abundance of fresh flower arrangements adding a tropical atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the option to have comfortable hotel chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach by a very friendly attendant so all we had to do was relax and enjoy. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and coffee in the restaurant with a nice view of the ocean. The tiki bar was fabulous with delicious drinks and wonderful live entertainment! Our weekend getaway felt like a tropical vacation. We will definitely stay here again hopefully for longer than a weekend.

There was no early check in due to being short staffed but I changed in the restroom and enjoyed the pool and the beach until the room was ready at the 4:00 PM check in time.
