Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cincinnati South - Wilder, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast is absolutely amazing! Every staff member including house keeping are exceptionally personable, helpful, nice & attentive! Inside & out is very clean. Our stay was met with exceptional comfort. Never had any issues with anyone or anything. We even added staying 1 more night last minute in person, & was met with help happiness & extended our stay no problem! 10/10 all around

Nothing disliked

Great location, and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were in great shape, and the entire facility was clean. Breakfast was really good and a great value add to your stay. The staff did a great job keeping things up at this location. This was a great location for a visit to Cincinnati, The Creation Museum, and The Ark Encouter. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly cannot think of any issues to note.

Location is great easy on and off the interstate. Loved how you have a beautiful view of downtown Cincinnati especially at night when it's all lit up. It's a short drive into the city and to the Riverbend Music Center. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious..definitely 2 thumbs up

The price was way over the top for seniors. The front desk and food clerk were not friendly. Other than that, the hotel was great. We have family in Ky, Ft Thomas. Next time we visit - we will have to travel back home (2 hours away).

Tell the cook to smile more and say Hi to us - even when spoken to. The front desk - she might of broke her face if she smiled. They both acted like it was there turn to have a day off, and had to work anyway. they need to enjoy their jobs.

The entire hotel was amazingly clean! Our room was the most comfortable we have ever been in. A family of 4 in a Queen Suite and we were comfortable! The staff was AMAZING! Thank you to both Michelle's and Candy, the managers! You all were so accommodating and friendly! The pool was open, thank goodness. While it is small, it was definitely a treat for my kids. Both HWY 275 and I75 are located on both sides of the hotel, but it was so quiet!! Lots of restaurants around, and even driving through the small towns was nice! Newport and Cincinnati are literally a hop, skip, and a jump away and it made the travel back and forth so easy! If we ever decide to stay in this area again, we will definitely be staying here!!

Only thing missing was a good breakfast due to the COVID regulations, but we have zero other complaints!

Love the room, I do believe the room we were in was for handicap because the amount of space. However the whole hotel was clean and nice.

The man checking us in was dipping and spit into a water bottle. When checking out the next morning, we waited at the check out desk for almost 5 minutes before seeing both staff members out front smoking. They didn’t wash their hands or apologizing for keeping us waiting.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was convenient to the zoo, which was our destination, very good value, and it was very clean. The breakfast was great- hot items and make tour own pancakes along with yogurt and the usual stuff. I would absolutely stay there again.

Honestly nothing. The hotel was great.

The bathroom was nice. The room had enough space.

The room was advertised at $166 which showed on my receipt. I was not given AARP credit as I was told I would get. I was charged $10 over the taxes and room fee. It was too expensive. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Convenient to everywhere I needed to go & location was easy to find, right off the highway. It was a clean hotel, from the rooms to the lobby. Includes a fridge & microwave! I love to stay at hotels that offer a free breakfast buffet like this one.

They could change the pool times for adults & offer a more variety of breakfast foods.

Liked the veggie omelet with vegetables in particular ---most places just have cheddar cheese in those omelets.

Our room's coffeemaker didn't work. We told the front desk upon departure. Also the little cement seat on the wall in the shower is practically falling off the wall; pointed that out too.
