Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

The breakfast was good - the breakfast staff was exceptional....so happy and friendly made us start our day right. The gym was really nice, equipment was well maintained. Restaurants were great as was the pantry. Location was Perfect for walking to everything. The room was spacious (we had a view of the stadium) with a refrigerator; the curtains were definitely nice (kept room dark when sun came up). Front desk staff at check out was fabulous, but at check in they did not really explain much (parking, meals, amenities, etc). Valet parking was fast

Check in was not the best - just no real explanation about where breakfast is, where room is, what amenities are available or not available.. just didn't give us a warm welcome (they were not "mean" or unprofessional, just not friendly

My son and I were visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Also within a short walk are Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and First Energy Stadium. The Marriott is ideally located to all Cleveland attractions. The valet parking makes coming and going easy. The onsite restaurant, with optional room delivery, makes meals easy. The staff were polite and helpful and the facilities were super clean. Arguably the nicest hotel my son and I have ever stayed in.

If anything, the cost was a bit high. However, for the options and location, it is understandable.

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost every major attraction in cleveland. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Checking was quick and simple with spot on directions from lobby to the room. (Could be confusing to some..a lot going on in that beautiful building). Breakfast in the bar/ dining area was very good. I believe I had the French toast which was excellent. Room was super clean with a wonderful view of downtown.

The only thing I found somewhat inconvienet was the amount of vehicles (probably all valet) blocking the front entrance and car port area where i was waiting for my Uber to take me to the airport around 8 am. My Uber driver couldn't pull up to the front due to all the sitting cars, so I had to walk with all my luggage a little down the street where he could pull off to the side. Not a big deal at all.

I loved the location, approximately a 10 minute walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and a 10 minute walk to the Brown Stadium. The staff was very friendly, except for Matthew... not sure what was going on with him but he was extremely unpleasant everytime we saw him... The one time I was able to use the M Club, it was fantastic. The food and the drinks in the bar area was amazing. Thinking about coming back just to get the chicken wings and turkey club!! Parking was very close and the view from the room was excellent.

Like I said before I had a run in with an unpleasant staff... I had the M Club room and the M Club was unavailable due to the 3 weddings and concert that weekend. Other than that all was excellent.

Parking attendants were responsive, quick, helpful, informative. The staff running the parking and the doors was AMAZING. These people were standouts in Cleveland and in the industry!

We were there on a very busy weekend, hotel cost was high, reservations for dinner online were inaccurate because reservations in person were very easy to obtain. With so many people, front desk and bar seemed to need more staffing.

Great Room breakfast, drinks, and dinner were delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet were awesome. Shower head was amazing. Best shower I've had in months. Temperature control in the room worked very well. Was lovely coming back to a toasty room on a frigid day.

Drinks are exorbitantly priced. But you come to expect it. Bed was okay. Not really good for couples sleeping. As odd as this may sound the blankets and pillows were to loud. Must have been the material.

The property is well situated and the hotel itself exceeded my expectations. I was happy to be there.

The front desk didn’t have the time to greet me appropriately. I felt rushed and while I was waiting for an issue with my points to be resolved, I was asked to step aside so a guest could be checked in instead of finishing what was started with me. During checkout, I was never instructed about the parking causing a lot of confusion for my family. The problem was resolved and there was an adjustment on the bill which I appreciate.

Breakfast was good, bar and facilities were good, the location was excellent, with views across the Eerie and First Energy Stadium and within easy walking distance to the bar areas and Playhouse Square.. if you love Cleveland, this will be perfect for you.

Housekeeping could've come round at least once.

The room was perfect, I booked a corner King room with a view of the Cleveland Browns Stadium and Lake Erie. The bed and pillows were awesome. The water pressure in the shower was top notch we were on the 15th floor so that was impressive. We had a view of everything. Karen at the front desk was very helpful we got there a lil later than expected due to weather. Walking distance to alot, so you could park your car and forget it. We were in town to go to the Rock n Roll HOF which was less than a 20 min walk. We stayed 2 nights a lil layover on our way home from visiting family in Indiana.

Keep in mind you have to pay for parking and wi-fi which is a bummer but it is what it is. The bathroom need to have a once over. Plus there are no microwaves in the rooms keep that in mind if you have left overs that you need to heat up like us from room service. The vending machines only had beverages which happen to be Pepsi products , and no snacks you have to go down to the front desk check in for that a lil inconvenient depending which floor your on. Overall a nice Hotel for what we needed it to be.

Breakfast was very good, the choice of main meals for dinner should be better it was obvious that the bar was a popular place for people who lived and worked in the area if you improve the dining experience with a better menu for those customers you will increase your business
