Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown

Everything was exceptional. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we've ever stayed. A hot buffet with plenty of choices. The pool and hot tub was a nice feature we all enjoyed. The hotel is within walking distance of many things downtown. You can park across the street for $10 per day if you don't want to pay $32 daily for valet. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and spacious. We will definitely return! The nightly complimentary drinks and buffet from 5:30-7:00 was very nice as well! It was different food choices every evening. And you can choose from beer, wine and mixed drinks (3 drinks per guest per evening.)

Beds and bedding SO comfortable; nice sized room, cool building vibe, highly functional elevators, really nice staff, great breakfast and kickback food selections; self-laundry big plus; close to HOF and other attractions; valet parking situation was actually wonderful (though you pay for it, it was great service) Drury is my go-to whenever possible. They provide hands down the highest value for their guests. This particular location has a fantastic vibe!

No complaint; I can say it wasn’t white glove clean in every corner and crevice, but the most important areas (like bed and room carpet) were great. There was fuzz and hair in a couple bath corners and the common areas upstairs could stand to have the carpet vacuumed more often. I also know that for short staff, they’re killing it!

We liked the location, that the rooms are huge, the valet parking guys were all really nice and fast getting our car when needed. The pool and hot tub were both great (my kids used them every evening.) We didn't get a chance to have the complimentary dinner so we don't know how that was during our three night stay, we did have the complimentary breakfast, it was your typical hotel breakfast as far as taste, although it was a buffet which is more than some hotels give out, the dining staff were all amazing.They also give one drink voucher to each guest 21 and over for each evening you stay, that was nice and makes them stand out. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room was very spacious and comfortable.The kick back time (included in your stay) was wonderful! Including a light meal and beverage (adult and others) was a nice addition. The breakfast in the morning( also included) had many options for most people's diets. We used the valet service for parking and it was well worth the money! Overall, we plan on going back to the Drury with the rest of our family for a family trip. If you plan on seeing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or the Christmas Story House, they are very close. We also visited the Footbal Hall of Fame which was about an hour away.

There was really nothing that we did not like. We only stayed for one night and we did not get a chance to go to the pool.

convenient location in old downtown Cleveland. I believe the building used to be an old government building that was converted into a hotel. Hence the high and wide corridors. Gave the hotel some character as it must have been constructed in a different era when craftsmanship was appreciated ( versus glass and steal). Our room were very comfortable and quiet. They serve complimentary snacks ( more like meals such as hot dogs, meatballs, soups and salads) and drinks ( three per person) from 5 to 7pm, which is very popular with guests. Hard working, caring staff. we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really. We declined the valet parking at $37 per night. much cheaper parking was readily available a few minutes walk away.

The drinks and food were wonderful to have. Any little thing was quickly taken care of by the friendliest staff of anywhere we have stayed to date. This facility is so sparkling clean! The location is just perfect, and it's really appreciated that the Drury kept the integrity of this historic building while making it a wonderful destination. Best staff too, every single staff member was friendly and smiling.

Was the first for us staying at a Drury hotel. The site is a renovated Board of Education building. It’s good to know that instead of tearing down the historical building they have incorporated it into a boutique hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Was central to everything. It was a surprise to know that MGK was making an appearance kiddy corner across from the Drury. The food was good, both dinner and breakfast were included with the price. So it was excellent for the value. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing and the staff was super nice. I loves the happy hr wear they gave u 3 free drinks per person per day and the food was not just finger foods put pasta , hotdogs backed potatoes. So freaking good And breakfast was also amazing. Oo and let's not forget that great hottub and pool Would 100000000% stay again

I forgot to check that they charge for parking per day so that was an extra ouch to my money . 40 with tax was a lot per day. But considering everything else the hotel offered and it was my bad for not checking on parking it was ok

The staff were amazing (front desk and valet) The room was HUGE. The fact that it was right downtown was awesome too, I got easy access to restaurants and some activities. I also asked them to please if they could make little towel swans because it was my anniversary with my husband and they did! And they also gave me a little card with some candy, it was so adorable and a very nice surprise for my husband. I love that they did that.

Walls were thin, I could hear everything from the people next to me, like talking and their TV and I could hear people walking in the hallway. (It wasnt a big deal though I still LOVED my experience, especially since this was my first trip to the US from canada)

Well everything was clean and the way it should be and if anything was needed the front desk took care of it immediately and it was all minor stuff but the one that we dealt with most was Toya she was amazing and every time that we needed even something small she got it up to our room very quickly so she definitely made this stay very comfortable and she deserves a pat on the back she's an amazing employee and she was amazing with my daughter and my daughter really liked her.
