The room was big and already nice and warm upon arrival. We did not arrive until 930 at night. Checking in was a breeze. The hot water stayed warm for a very nice long hot shower. Overall our stay was great and we'll definitely be back!

Our 2 queen beds were actually full-size beds, but we still slept ok. The sheets and blankets were comfortable. The pillows were not, though. There were only 2 pillows per bed, and they were kind of flat. I'm sure if we had asked for more pillows, they would have gladly given us different pillows/more. ( i didn't ask cause it was 11pm by that point)

Everything was wonderful! The staff were friendly, the rooms were well appointed and comfortable, and the location was gorgeous!! We really enjoyed our stay there, and the owners were extremely accomodating and friendly.

It is old and worn but it’s inexpensive and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. We just needed a pit stop to sleep and this location fit the bill. The paint is chipped, the bathroom is Old and stained but it was cleaned well and smelled of bleach/cleaner. My socks were still white after walking around. So if you need cheap and clean this is it. Fridge, microwave & coffee. Not a beauty but it does the job. Nice people running the place.

Door was difficult to open and close and the deadbolt only went in halfway.

We loved being in the back near numerous spots of grass our dog could easily use. Great location. The rooms were very simply decorated (shined white walls, beds w white color, a few pieces of useful furniture, a few modern pictures & black out curtains ) yet everything was very comfortable and we had everything we’d want.

The shower curtain had quite a bit of mold near its bottom yet this can be easily cleaned/fixed. From the outside it looked very clean, so it wasn’t until I was in the shower that I noticed it out -no doubt it was an oversight.

I liked everything about the room. I liked the big windows because I could see the ocean and the other windows were nice to have as well. I liked the bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and the room had space for me to do yoga and get work done at the desk. I love that the room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't have to leave the room for anything

The heater was loud and wasn't in a great location for that room.

Front desk and cleaning staff Both very nice and attentive. A good price for a place very close to Harris Beach.

Another hotel guest next door left her room in deplorable shape. Dog hair and trash everywhere. Why do humans think that's OK? She should be black listed for all future hotels. That was the only negative aspect. But certainly not the hotels fault. They were left to pick up another's trashy life style. We picked up our place swept and took out garbage and left a tip. That's the way you thank a hotel for there hard work and good service.

Very affordable. It’s older but has updates and is clean. The layout (three tiers of units on a hillside) makes it less noisy than some other places I have stayed, especially in a weekend. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog. It’s close to many businesses and to Harris Beach. Has windows that can be locked open for some fresh air. Nice desk with a comfortable chair. Also pretty roomy for a basic motel room.

Minor things—pillows were flat, so I will bring my own next time, and, only 1 desk chair so we couldn’t eat together at the little table (not sure if all the rooms are like that or just ours).

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location on route 101 is good. Staff was friendly. Good for the cost.

Had two rooms, but couldn’t get them together or on the same level. Rooms are a bit narrow. Had to go sideways to get past bed to the bathroom. No breakfast. One of the rooms was musty smelling.

That they take pets even though you charge for them. That should be included with the room cost. The staff was very nice. Loved the Keurig!

The bed was hard, there was only one chair at the table. The transition to the bathroom was broken with a nail/tack that was sticking up. TV was small. No fresh towels given daily. Key card didn't work the next day.

I had a ocean view. It was clean. And newly painted new light fixtures and soap dispenser nice sized refrigerator. No stove but a big microwave. It did have a electric cooking skillet and a hot plate to cook on

I thought it would be closer to the ocean. And no cook stove.
