Village Inn

The room had everything I needed. Clothes iron and board were an appreciated bonus. There was always coffee available to brew with additional water bottles available from the reception area. Bathroom lighting very bright and clear. Shower worked fine. The locale has many stunning trees and there was easy walking access to a grocery store. The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

Lighting in the main sleeping area was a bit dark and the decor was slightly old but those are minor issues for me.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. All furniture was in great condition. Location very convenient. Restaurant on site was nice to walk over for dinner, food there was delicious. I enjoyed the courtyard with fountain.

Facility is older so it shows a bit of wear and tear in the carpet, wall paint, tile. Would have liked brighter lighting in bedroom/desk/sitting area. TV was small. (Note: none of these would prevent me from staying there again.)

Quiet, comfortable, quick and easy check-in.

I had to pay an extra 50% of the room rate to check in less than 90 minutes early. That seemed excessive. I'm a granny traveling alone, and I was exhausted from my travels and seriously needed to lay down. I checked out an hour early, but I'm sure I won't see a credit on my bill for that. Otherwise the place was exactly what I needed.

VERY nice in all respects! Clean and comfortable, and the staff genuinely cares about your stay. Love the fresh coffee being there at 6 am.

Pets require an additional (potential damage) charge/deposit of about $50, which is charged back if there is no damage. I understand the need for it, but they should reveal that in their online policies.

The staff were professional.The room service leaves you alone if not requested. The courtyard design was nostalgic; and the water fountain was a treat. The overall vibe of the place is very nice and calming.

There were several dead fishes in the water fountain, but they were cleaned out next day.

The location of the motel was a prime location, with a convenience store across one of the streets, a grocery store across another street, and a plethora of restaurant options were available over the overpass

We stayed in a king room, and the bed was a little too hard for my personal taste, however, that is my only complaint that I have about staying at the property

Clean simple staff was helpful. If you are looking for a breakfast Don’t. Then again they don’t advertise one. But for a simple say to serve your purposes it’s a great place to stay. Restaurants, stores, all close by

Loved the cleanliness and the two ladies that we interacted with at the front desk were super friendly and had great customer service. Area was really quiet too!

Very high priced but seems like that’s everywhere in Eugene when something is going on at the college.

I think there was a new owner..I was happy that the new arrivals, as of late. were deligjhted with the Front Desk iI do think this is a place that cares very much about their hotel... I am hopiing people read this! Kal and Di Harris Seattle

I think the small treat was fine..Would have been nicer if there was something else like OJ or perhaps a bagel with cream cheese that was offered.

The room was clean and comortable. Check in was quick and friendly. There was a designated area to walk our 2 small dogs. An Albertsons market was nearby. They provided a ground floor room for my wife due to recent surgery.

It took a while to heat the room. The bath fixtures were old, but clean. Didn't receive information about when and where breakfast was served and we missed it.
