Hampton Inn Kimball

I never have a bad experience at Hampton. I love the cozy bed, and the front desk is always professional and friendly

I have bragged about the Hampton breakfast for years. I thought the breakfast at this hampton was good but it did not have the variety that I had been used to at other locations. Still a good breakfast, just not what I had experienced before

A newer property, we’ve stayed here a couple of times. Easy freeway access..

Next time we stay here I’m going to ask for a room on the third floor; or, if on the first or second floor, request a room with no one on top of us. We had a River Dance above us at 6:00 a.m. Not an ideal way to wake up. The breakfast was dreary—powdered eggs, cheap and overdone bacon, pre-packaged pastries that were dry. One would think Hilton could do much better.

The breakfast was awesome we did not eat until about thirty minutes before the breakfast bar was to close. Unfortunately there was no orange juice. The quantity of all other foods were very adequate. The person in charge for the breakfast was great. I went up to her and complimented her on the scrambled eggs. These eggs were fresh and not dry like you generally find. She was a great host unfortunately for the hotel she only works on the weekends. Her personality and the pride she had for providing to the customers really made my visit.

Great location. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was good.

The bed could’ve been more comfortable. It wasn’t bad, but an improvement could be made by adding a plush topper for extra cushioning.

We got to the hotel pretty late and check in was very simple and fast. We had some laundry that needed washing right away and we were very pleased with how convenient the washers and dryers were. Breakfast was wonderful and was a huge reason we chose to stay here. The hot breakfast was great for our toddler.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had connecting rooms that were very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and a Walmart around the corner. Very convenient! Breakfast was a variety of packaged muffins, pastries, yogurt, etc. We thought it was more than sufficient. We stayed at this property for a short family vacation to Chattanooga. The drive to various attractions (TN Valley Railroad, Raccoon Caverns and the Aquarium) were very doable. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

It was close to where I needed to be. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice warm eggs and bacon and sausage which was great. The staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome.

One of the housekeeping personnel wasn’t very friendly. Don’t know her name but she had grayish hair and bigger build. Didn’t care for her. It was it took everything she had to say hi. I don’t like that. Otherwise everything else was great

The folks at Kimball went the extra mile for me. I left my planner behind and they kindly forwarded it to my home address. That planner is my lifeline. I am so grateful they recovered it and agreed to send it to me.

Staff was friendly and very helpful Room was clean and well maintained awesome overnight stay.

Pool was clean but had some trash were it looked like kids had been diving for cup lid that kind of thing

The night , morning ,and breakfast staff were so kind and helpful!! They answered all if our questions, and were very helpful and polite with anything we needed. Greatly appreciated after a 11 hour car ride!
