Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park Austin

The hotel is great value for your money. It was clean, and the staff were professional. The buffet breakfast was affordable and they had good options. Breakfast time was quiet, i wasn't climbing over anyone to get a seat or enjoy my breakfast. Check in and check out was super fast. The elevators were clean and fast. A late evening swim at the pool was relaxing, and the pool was clean. Inside and outside the hotel was clean. I will stay here again for sure. The hotel was close to a grocery store, restaurants and anything you want.

Absolutely nothing!

The water in the lobby restroom sinks was not working, not on, etc. I went to the front desk and was directed by one agent to the water fountain to rinse my hands and by the other to use the bathroom around the corner. If the water is not turned on then by all means the bathroom should be labeled out of order. How gross to have someone use the bathroom and then find out they can’t wash their hands.

Frankly, I got annoyed at the high prices, and then my interactions with the staff and the amenities in the room, with no problems at all -- not even the slightest flaw.

Our $10 dinner at the hotel restaurant and bar was cancelled on the second day we were there. Apparently the cook could come to work, but the hotel chain (or local management should have been informed of this. So, we went somewhere else to eat. What choice did we have? We went forth and found food like a herd of zombies on the hunt.

the maid lady knock on the door at 9 and said that the check out was at 10 when actually was at 12 breakfast requires an additional 10 dollars, that's it's okay but they should have more options. they only have basic stuff for breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location wasn't bad, short drive to the Dominion.

There is a switch near the door that isn't labelled. It turns off electricity to several of the outlets, including those used to charge my phone and laptop. Didn't know why the plugs stopped working until I reached out to staff. Told me it's a common issue.

Very clean. Ample parking. Great hub location that was always ~20 minutes drive to everywhere I wanted to visit. Has a nice gym and even a laundry room. Decent value considering this is a more upscale establishment. Paid ~393 for 3 weeknights.

Breakfast was $10pp. I didn't try it but seemed like it's nickel and diming. Shampoo and body wash in the room were the awful kind where you feel that you can never fully rinse off. Not the cheapest, but a get-what-you-pay-for deal.

The breakfast options were unclear. It was advertised that a breakfast was included, but that there was also a $10 buffet. In the breakfast area there were several options of food choices, but no signs at all indicating what was complimentary and what was part of the buffet. While we were eating an employee came by and was putting bills on guests’ breakfast tables. I know it surprised some guests.

The property was very clean. There was plenty of parking. The property is in a safe area. The staff were amazing! Very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. When I needed items, the staff had them. The staff was probably the best part of my stay. The room was very clean, roomy, modern and bright.

Everything was great, but I would say the location was a bit far from the action in Austin. But that’s not their fault.

Because the power had been out we didn’t get to experience their full breakfast but that’s understandable. Everything was amazing

Comfortable clean hotel. Great restaurant options nearby. Friendly staff.

You’ll need a car to get around. Careful not to miss the road and end up on the toll when finding the hotel.
